I have measured today after perceiving it had less girth than before, and it's almost a full half inch smaller flaccid. I haven't bothered to get any measurements done while erect, yet, but will do soon.

Has anyone experienced this? What is going on possibly? I take collagen supplements and actually have a legitimate script for hGH, taking 3-4IU daily in one or two shots apart. There is not much going on to explain the loss, as far as circumstances under my control go.

Honestly I’m in too deep and I need advice from people who know more about this. I know I might have really fucked up here. I just want out with minimal damage. From what I can tell, the best course of action is to wait until the capsule forms (how long does this take?) and then have Elist remove the implant himself. Apparently you have significant retraction if the capsule hasn’t formed, but maybe two weeks is soon enough that that won’t happen?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. If there’s anyone who’s been in my position I’d really appreciate your help right now.

Anyone considering getting the implant - the whole process has improved a lot since most of the horror stories were posted. Honestly some of them are from such a different era that one would think they made the whole thing up. I’m not far enough in to recommend either way, I just know that I’m scared and I want to go back to a time when I could sleep the whole night, piss straight, and actually get a full erection without feeling like my dick is about to rip in half. Obviously two weeks is not indicative of the final result, but I’m in way over my head. I need out.

I've been collaborating and working side by side with Dr. Casavantes for many years. Acquiring the experience, the skills and the eye for the male enhancement procedures We've been performing for so long.

Some of you may be familiar with my work, In this thread, I present to you the progress of one of my patients after his first session.



Circumcised patient with a mushroom-shaped penis and in good health, well informed about our procedures with knowledge about PMMA. He arrived with realistic expectations. 

Age: 46
Race: Caucasian
Allergies: none
Flaccid length: 5.5 in (14 cm)
Pulled flaccid length: 7.75 in (19.5 cm)
Initial girth: 3.33 in (8.5 cm)
Final girth(right after the procedure): 4.5 in ( 11.5 cm)
Volume used: 11 cc x 30% ; 12 cc x 10%.  Total: 23 cc.

 After the preparation and sterilization done by Ian, I proceeded to anesthetize with local anesthesia; lidocaine without epinephrine. The patient showed good pain tolerance.

PRP was injected in deposits all over the shaft previous to the PMMA implantation.

I continued with the marking and started opening the first entry point; proceeding with the implantation of the PMMA in all of the segments (9). 

The procedure was performed without any complication, the tissues were soft and responded very well to the implant; the immediate results were really good. 

This patient returned the next day for a follow up with Ian, presenting moderate inflammation and no immediate problems; however, Ian reminded him all the instructions regarding the aftercare.

This patient is coming for a second session and I will keep you posted on his progress.

The doctor said that if viagra and cialis work well for me then this procedure will bring me benefits as it’s mostly due to vascular issues the reason why I have poor EQ.

I had a curved penis since day 1 and it is not because of Peyronies. It’s just a scar I guess. I’m hoping this p shot will also heal and potentially fix some things that were off from day 1. I got curvature correction with Dr R in 2007 and that took away at least 3/4” off my length which I’m not happy about but at least it’s much better now in terms of curvature. It’s still curved and I’m hoping this shot may correct it further.

I’m not really in it for the gains but if I do it will definitely be a bonus. Especially girth which is what I’m looking for. He said he’ll also provide a pump so that if there’s any chance of gains it will be maximized. I have to use it twice daily for 6 weeks. My current stats are 6” length and 5” girth mid shaft. Base and tip are more like 4.75”. If I can get to 6” girth that would be awesome! I highly doubt I’ll achieve that with the p shot but sure would be nice lol. Was looking into pmma and all but still not very comfortable with the idea.

I have been lurking and researching for a while here and have decided to take the PMMA plunge. I am scheduled with Dr. Morales for July 17th. I am excited to share my experience with the forum so that others can gain some insight into PMMA. 

I guess an intro is in order. I am in my mid-thirties and married with two kids. I am very thankful for the penis I have. With that said, I have my insecurities just as most men do. I want a thicker, fuller look when I am flaccid. Thicker when erect is obviously great too! I have done plenty of research and personally feel that PMMA, as an inert substance within the body, is about as safe as it can get. All procedures carry a risk vs reward axis. PMMA in the penis has its complications but I am comfortable with my decision based on the amount of time the substance has been successfully used. The JSM publication with Dr. C and Dr. M helped me form my decision; however, patient progress reports were the number one factor in my ultimate decision to undertake this procedure. Again, do your own research, seek info from credible sources and above all be skeptical of everything you hear.

BTW it is really difficult trying to take erect pics with a phone in one hand and your dick and a tape measure in the other lol. 

So here is a twist...my wife has no idea I am doing this. She is currently pregnant so I am taking this "down time" to have this done. She thinks I'm going on a business trip. I don't want my wife to think I am doing this because of her, she is very self-conscious. Has anyone else been in this situation? How did it go with your wife during your first time having sex post procedure? 

Does anyone have advice on what to bring with me for post-procedure care? I am using the shuttle service. How is the border crossing?  Has anyone used the global entry program with Customs to expedite crossing?

It seems to me that longevity has taken the pedestal over safety now, nobody knows how safe PMMA is long term, i personally wouldn't get it put in if i was given it for free. I mean there's people having to get it cut out, allergic reactions and clumping of the product, yet when this is an issue with other methods, they are pretty much written off by the whole community. Fat (not grafts) seems to be the most scruitinized and frowned upon, yet it seems to provide the most satisfactory results from what actual fat transfer patients have told me, and what i've read on this forum and beyond.

i never came here for enlargement anyway, i stayed out of interest in the subject, but it seems to me like nobody wants to answer or help anymore unless its PMMA related topics, every thread and post is literally saturated with PMMA chat where its unwarranted (in fft, HA, prp posts) and it gets tiresome, especially as only a small majority of men on here would actually take the plunge into something as permanent and unpredictable as that anyway.

I never had any type of PE surgery. I discovered Dr . Elist through his website. Everything looked so promising. Read the GQ article. Also watched youtube video's of his patient testiomonial's. It all looked too good to be true. Of course like many men I chose to be ignorant... I went ahead and scheduled the surgery for january 26th of 2018. Unfortunately,  5 day's after my surgery I discovered this website. I am completely horrified and terrified after reading all the storie's from members of this site. I feel depressed and scared. I do not know what the future hold's. My fiance told me not to proceed with the surgery. But, when do us MEN ever listen to our WOMEN?... Now she is unhappy because it does not feel natural when we have sex. She was very satisfied with the way I made love to her prior. My stat's we're 5.75 x 4.75 .  I was average but definitely knew how to work my tool . I alway's felt like I could of used more length and girth to give me that extra power . Now, I am feeling like I made the worst mistake in my life... This is me just venting and thinking out loud. I am hoping to find advice from member's on how to take care my penis post-OP. Also any information on removal and after care on that as well. I am worried to remove it at this point because I've read many member's have lost length after removal... I will continue to document my progress as time goes by.

I've been reading through stories on here, and looking for different experiences. I've read some interesting stories to say the least. I will note that I'm excited, and some what nervous. Just so people understand, I'm in a situation where I have no other alternative. I suffer from micro penis syndrome. My measurement is just above 2 inches flaccid, and around 3.5 erect. I've tried everything. I've tried various different techniques. I've also looked at different surgeries. Really, I have nothing to lose. I just wanted to get any advice for post surgery. How much pain do you think I'll be in? Any issues with walking after a few days? Has anyone recently went under surgery, since the new model?



Any advice will be helpful.
