Is HA like fat injections and how long does it last. would there be any permanent gains with it or does it absorb like everything else. And it sounds like it would be very spongy like fat under the skin I want the penis to be hard like it was or is now before surgery I agree it's a much safer route and I think I might have got soma and Richard mixed together.

At your size, I'd do nothing. But you certainly don't need more than 1/2" inch. That is easily achievable with HA, which is safe and easy to reverse. Surgery is fraught with risk and there is a long recovery process. With HA you are done in 20 mins, with minimal post op care. You just need half a day off work.

We have a member called Richard who was pleased with his Belladerm with Dr R, but he's since gone on to have HA and is equally as happy.

These days guys are so lucky in that they don't have to go down the surgical route. Once Dr Rosenthal and Solomon retire, I can't see Belladerm being offered as a PE procedure anymore. It's time is passed in my opinion.

HA should last around 18 months. How it feels depends very much on who much you have injected and your own particular anatomy.

But it costs less than Belladerm and there is no real down time, so having it topped up every year or so is no big deal. It's not perfect, but compared to having to go through surgery it's much better in my opinion.

Can you explain why you think that? I'm not very familiar with the treatment you're talking about but I think it's injections, correct? Why would injections be better than a surgery that at least MIGHT last several years? (5 based on soma's reply)
I wish he was more descriptive on his experience. I even sent him a pm but no reply. Basically he has this positive review of his experience and all of a sudden, very brief comment stating it didn't really work. That's it. Made me very confused.

The procedure you mention (ha?) wouldn't work for people like me who're looking for a revision surgery, correct? (fat injections some 20 years ago)

Also - how do I subscribe to threads? I didn't know there were replies to this thread?

Hey bro, I see that you're contemplating belladerm grafts. I had alloderm surgery twice before, although the material is slightly different, the procedure to stitch it to the penis is identical.

These grafts do shrink and once they reach a steady state, it won't be significantly bigger. Only slightly thicker AT BEST.

Also, the surgery is highly invasive. You basically lie on the surgical table and get your penis butchered.

Yes, you'll have to stretch daily with a weight. I also had a bad infection post 2nd procedure but fortunately I got out of it well, still, it was a month of agony.

Don't do it. If I was you, I'd rather lose the $500 deposit and walk away with my penis intact.

Hope I didn't sound too negative, but it's my experience and I hoped it helped in some way.

Cheers

Soma success story is awesome but I hear of a lot of bad stories I don't want to have to stretch my penis every day just to keep my length. I'm not small actually I'm probably bigger than most guys that get the surgery unless they're pornstars. I'm seven and a half erect about five and a half in circumference. I've never had a complaint but I got it in my head I just want to be bigger.

I've already payed $40 (debit card) for a 365 subscription, and I still am not getting to see pictures.

Could some administration to check and do anything about it?
