If I had some more time I could probably find you at least 50 photos of this, it's an extremely common side effect that seems to happen in at least 10% of cases of people who've had fillers and it can cause people real psychological harm. As I said in my last post, when the product in my penis migrated to the base, the "pig in a blanket" reduced quite significantly, hence why I suggested it might be a good idea to apply more product at the base and less near the glans in people who are quite susceptible to it. In my opinion the people most at risk of getting this are people who have a small glans, people who retract more than usual, and people who have a loose circumcision. Maybe you should look into ways in preventing this happening in the future I think applying smaller ammounts helps. Thanks for your time.

Hello Reklaw,
As you mentioned, the "pig in the blanket" effect is more frequent in patients with loose circumcision; as you pointed, a small glans and retraction can play a major role.
However, the common denominator for this effect is an excess of filler.
My girth enhancement procedure is designed to prevent overcorrection, provided that the patient accepts a conservative approach with moderate results between 0.25 and 0.5 inches, using 10% concentration and no more than 2 sessions.
But in the (our) real world, most patients push for more volume and more concentration, even though they understand that irregularities and deformities are a direct consequence of overcorrection. This situation is discussed with every patient.
Thank you for your comment... I am with you!
DrC

For someone who has had. FFT and has increased girth from 4.5 to 5.5. and wants 6 to 6.25 ... Is it best to get another FFT or use Restylane or juvederm? Also for glans enlargement .., what is best? Restylane or juvederm or something else?

alright Dr C, ive got a bit of a leftfield question for you about penis beads and pmma. penis beads are a body modification that inserts beads under the skin of the shaft of the penis. google 'penis beads pics' and prepare for wtf. anyway, what is your opinion about having penis beads post pmma? would it work do you think? would it be safe or could both the pmma and the beads effect each other negatively?

could you maybe answer for both circumsized guys and non-circumsized guys please? for example, in non-circumsized guys maybe the 'accordion effect' would prove especially problematic.

cheers

No more replies from the doctor as yet. Anyhow, I ask my question:- How much more would it cost if you were asked, for yourselves to monitor and supervise after-care for a week?

Good question Jogfit
I don't think I could trust myself with the aftercare, I'd want all the help I could get

I think Hunkydory stayed in TJ for 5 days and went back every day, sometimes twice a day, for check ups and help with massage etc. I don't think there is any charge for this. In fact, I'd guess in an ideal world they'd want all their patients to do that, as it would probably end in better results, which is what they want.

You are correct Hoddle. I stayed 3 days and went back 2 to 3 times daily at their behest.

Dr C,

What has been your experience with age and collagen formation, for example, do older patients have a lower collagen formation response to the implant?

Thanks,
