Dr C,

The accordion effect that you shared in an earlier post; how common is that? With a more conservative approach does the chances of that decrease, it look like in the example he had 10% which I believe is the conservative route. Is there a limit on the total volume, or is it putting to much volume in on a particular visit.

Thanks,

JR

As our other members are aware, I am 2 PMMA sessions satisfied customer of Dr. C and have a very detailed thread of my progress. I can attest to the outstanding professional work of Dr. C and after care provided by Wade. Today I wrote to Diana requesting a booking for 3rd session for April 2017. I expect that I will have to visit another 3-4 times to get to my desired side from the original 4'9 to 7'5.

All I can say is that thanks to this forum I was able to make the right decision to go with Dr. C. Everything in life has risks, but in these good hands you are minimizing it to the maximum extent possible.

I dont understand the question, do you mean how much more would it cost if the clinic would handle the after care for you?

Well they do, they are available for check ups but there is no such thing as the clinic totally doing the aftercare because you need to constantly or very often keep massaging the pmma around so that its not settling in lumps. It lumps very easily and so I would massage as soon as I would wake up and keep my hand there gently massaging pretty much all the time I was in bed. I would stay in bed unless I needed to go out and get food. And when out I would tactfully put that bandage Wade puts on after the operation not to wrap it too tight and around the head so it stays extended.

After care is everything and if youre not prepared to go in full monty on it dont do the surgery cause you will end up with a really messed up situation. After the second round I had some lumps form near the head and fortunately I was able to pump it to soften it and then massage it away within two weeks. It required more effort then had I put in proper after care as first time around. Only difference was with first round i stayed in LA for a few days after leaving TJ (in both cases only stayed 3 days in TJ with one visit per day only to clinic) and second round I had flight back to Toronto day I left which meant I couldnt keep wrapping unwrapping checking as much.

So this pmma business is as much about successful surgery as well as post op care. You need to understand the massage technique wade shows you, and you need to commit to it 200% otherwise dont bother with the whole thing.

What would be the average girth increase on going the conservative route using only 10% pmma injections lets say for 2 sessions, and how would ot hold of for the long term as far risks ect. I see only higher concentrations causing people problems whoch is why I ask. Im being pulled apart by either HA or PMMA and Im just weighing my options here.

Dr. C doesn't use this thread and so will not answer, and you will be told to research the site by a lot of people on here, but the short answer is it depends for everyone. I got .5 and .25 consecutively with 10% and then 20%, (would just stay with the 10%). I don't think hoping for .75" is crazy for 2 rounds. Apart from one small soft nodule that feels sort of like a vein and is directly under a vein, I have no imperfections, but that depends as well.

I was trying to see some before and after pics of Dr.Cs work on AD site but couldnt find any, is there a special link for that? Any ways .75 is pretty good girth gain if its the permanent tissue from pmma giving that gain, also does it feel like the new tissue formed from pmma os attached to the skin or the corp.cavernosum? And if I decide to go with procedure i will be only getting 10%.

I think it has a password - it used to be patient1 or something like that. It is collagen and is not attached to the skin or move around.

@hunkydory, so umm how do I see any before and after photos of Dr.Cs work again?? I see nowhere to put that password in and to be honest I really wanted to visit Dr.C but the lack of before and after photos for a Dr whos so popular for doing pmma you would think would have lots of photos of his work, as bad as Dr Loria is he atleast has before and after photos not saying that hes even a good Dr or anything but atleast he cam show his work, at the end of the day I am looking for a good Dr that does good work thats all.

Ask for more info from the link provided at dr casavantes website. They will then send you the link and password for the before and after photos.

Honestly I wouldn't pay the least bit of attention to before and afters on any Dr's website.

The photos and progress reports here are worth 100 times anything you'll find on any Dr's website.

Now i know who im gunna trust my johnson with when i do have enough for this procedure.

But they will only show you their best work, the same as every other Dr.

In my opinion, to properly inform yourself, you need to see a broad spectrum of results, good and bad.

Bad results don't necessarily have to put you off, they can be used to learn things to avoid. You need to consider things such as type of filler or concentration of filler, amount injected, were they circumcised etc and what was their post op care like? There are just so many variables that need to be taken into consideration.

your 100% right hoddle once i get a membership ill be able to access all the pics on this site which is something i really need to do. As far as me i am circumcised and as far as concentration of pmma i am interested in only 10% pmma for 2 or 3 rounds but the actual type of pmma filler I am still up in the air about, i cannot decide which is the best
