I think it is not under the Avanti derma site but girthenhancement.com - or something very close. Hoddle is right in that almost all of those pics are taken right after the procedure I think, and it is always smooth and flawless right after the procedure. The pics the guy's post on here are more helpful if they were taken 2 months or more after the procedure. Until the collagen starts to happen it is hard to tell what you will have, but of course read up on mitigating other people's misfortunes. Definitely, plan on staying down there for a couple days -3 nights if you can swing it and you have a long way to travel. It takes me 13 hours door to door, so I never travel unless it has set.

the password used to be patient or patient1 or patient01 - I forgot which.
I just checked and don't see the photo gallery on their anymore but I looked with my phone.

i sent email to avanti derma directly and they responded back with another website which is Dr.C direct website and the password was girthenhancement. Most pics show immediatly after some show after a couple months and some show immediatly after 2nd treatment either way the pics on this site im sure are going to be more valuable because of the stories that go behind evert pic whether it be goos or bad.

Dr. C.

You say that for the best results you need a tight circumcision; But since i have been hanging with the BIB hanger i've developed quite a bit of loose skin around the penis. I'm planning on getting PMMA with Avanti Derma this coming winter. Should i stop with the hanging to prevent any extra loose skin development? In my mind i thought that it would help because it would give the PMMA a place to go. What would you recommend?

I'd say it is not going to matter that much at this point. I had super loose skin, probably way more than you have as I had a prior surgery to undue a PE procedure and it came out great, It just may take more finessing things which mean more visits - I went 4 times so far but only had 2 full rounds. If I wanted it perfect, which I do, I will need to go back for a very small area. I think the issue with uncircumcised guys is more that they don't know where to stop due to the excess skin and how to keep it out of certain areas. I'd stop for a month before the procedure if you want, but if you have been using the bib for a while I would not sweat it.

If you have a loose circumcision the best thing to do is to ask Dr C not to put to much pmma in the top 1 inch of the shaft near the glans, none above the circumcision scar and below that a taper.
I think this will reduce the chance of your penis looking like a hotdog, because the loose skin will not get pushed over the glans in the flaccid state.
Since the filler in my shaft has migrated over time from near the glans towards the base, it's gone from looking like a hotdog to a more normal appearance when flaccid, il post pictures later on to show you what I mean.

As im reading over Dr.C email I got im really diggin all the in depth info that was sent to me about the procedure . Theres a diagram of the penis and ot says they inject into the areola tissue in between the superficial dartos and the deep bucks fascia so wouldnt that technically mean the filler is under the skin level and into the actual penis tissue making loose skin irrellavant to that problem?? Or Am I misunderstanding something?? I as well have loose skin from all the extending so I too was worried about the problem of the donut effect im also a pumper ive been pumping for over 2 years so ive seen the donut effect and its not attractive lol. Hopefully by end of summer i can get to the pleasure to see Dr.C but funds are iffy after just having a baby last week i just know deep down inside my girls pussy is shot after seeing that lol im really gunna need Dr.C in my life..

Hello Dr. Casavantes. Would it be possible for your staff to film the different male enhancement procedures you perform and add them to your YouTube channel? Watching you perform the girth enhancement answered a lot of questions and it would be nice to see how prp injections are performed along with scrotal enhancement and silicone micro droplets. Seeing your beautiful practice and how skilled you and your staff are is a great way to answer questions and promote the procedures. Thank you.

I graduated as a Dermatologist around the time of the introduction of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, lasers and other products and services that revolutionized my medical specialty.

By the turn of the century, I had developed my reputation as a Cosmetic Dermatologist; my practice popularized through my success in treating young individuals with what I believed to be was a mere "premature aging."

I had no idea of the cause of this strange phenomenon until I read a publication from Dr. Andrew Carr (an Australian Infectologist) describing the HIV- associated lipodystrophy syndrome, a terrible epidemic that disfigured faces and bodies in patients under treatment with certain drugs that caused redistribution of the patient's body fat. [1]

The recognition of this affliction (predominantly known as "facial wasting") quickly became apparent to doctors, patients and the general public. It created a stigma that generated an incredible demand for high-volume soft-tissue fillers that were permanent and more affordable than the temporary alternatives that were being offered with hyaluronic acid (Restylane) or L-polylactic acid (NewFill, now Sculptra).

I found a good alternative: PMMA from Brazil. After an intense training with Dr. Nácul, the developer of the bioplasty technique, I discovered the micro-cannulas and a mechanical injection device for safe and efficient injections of soft tissue fillers. Based on this experience, I developed the "Metered Implant Technology" (MIT) that ensures the mechanical delivery of standard volume and helps to reduce the irregularities of manual injections.

By 2003-2004, my dedicated team and I worked almost seven days a week for two consecutive years, to meet the demand of patients seeking a solution for facial wasting.

I performed thousands of facial reconstructive procedures, attended local, national and international medical meetings as a faculty member. As a result became very proficient in using all types of soft tissue fillers.

My practice continued expanding with patients seeking cosmetic enhancement of their faces and other body areas, penis included.

I performed my first penile girth enhancement treatment using PMMA back in September 2007. I have since personally treated more than 1,500 patients and performed a conservative number of 3,000 girth enhancement procedures. Last year I published a peer-reviewed report of 729 patients in the Journal of Sexual Medicine [2] with Dr. Gottfried Lemperle (a German Plastic Surgeon, developer of PMMA as a soft tissue filler) and Dr. Palmira Morales (my associate), as co-authors.

Based on the results of our publication, we have a satisfaction rate of 8.7 which is very similar to the reports on facelift surgeries.

We currently offer three different options to our patients: the permanency of PMMA (Metacrill, Linnea), the longevity of CaHA (Radiesse) and PCL (Ellanse), and the reversibility of HA (Belotero, Juvederm). Voluma has been removed from the market in Mexico.

As an avid reader of scientific publications regarding soft tissue fillers, I have realized that most complications and accidents are technique-related (intra-vascular injections with needles, occlusion by pressure, rupture of ducts, and so on). There is no doubt that experience, skill set, and technique ensure safety independently from the nature of the substance injected.

At almost ten years of experience, performing an average of 1.5 procedures per working day and with patients coming from five continents, we are amongst the world leaders in the number of patients treated.

I am pleased to join the Phalloboard forum discussion and help bring clarity to some of the  questions asked regarding our distinct and unique phalloplasty procedures. To expedite my responses, my highly skilled nurse of 8 years Wade Zobel, will also be participating to provide the support needed.

Last but not least, I'd like to remind everyone that our participation in this forum is exclusive to discuss only girth enhancement. All personal communication with Avanti Derma must use our dedicated phone lines, email addresses, and website listed below.

Best regards.

Hi Dr C ,
I am new to this site and after reading through most of the fillers subjects here , I decided to go with Radiesse rout to be on the safe side with a local Doc .
But after the first round of ingection the results were great the first 3 days, but only to lose the whole filler mysteriously after 3 rd day, my body seems to be absorbed
the whole thing čśö
The Doctor was cooperative enough and he asked me to come for 2nd round for free.
The results were better only to start losing the filler again after the 3rd week this time.

Any idea what's going on ?

Because now I am thinking of going the HA rout like Boletero instead , because maybe I have certain reaction to radiesse

Regards
