The base of my penis has been feeling very tender lately and has been causing me some mild pain . Noticed a small hard moveable bump under the skin towards the base What is this?

Btw I had the FFT transfer/ ligament release with Dr Giunta last December.

Thanks guys!

Does anyone have some sort of idea of what this is? Not really too comforting that no one has said anything

I think when fat loses blood supply the body walls off the area with collagen but unlike the tiny pmma beads - the fat lump is bigger and the collagen formation makes it hard. It is basically fat necrosis. I had similar but with fat grafts. It is any issue with any procedure that requires a healthy blood supply.

I appreciate the response boss! Is there any way for me to get rid of it, or lessen the appearance? Massage? Thank you!

Absolutely. One of the places in the UK that does FFT actually provides free removal if they did the FFT. Also, here's a place I was really surprised that they do males (it's mostly female) but they describe it as "easily removable" (they look like a teaching center too):

Someone did tell me it was recommended NOT to dissolve with steroids as it may damage healthy tissue.

Cheers

Can I ask how much girth you kept after 1 year? Tried looking at your posts but didn't see any details?

Cheers

I also had FFT. (Not fromGounta) I noticed a lump by base about a year after the first procedure. It’s about the size of a marble. Only noticeable when semi-erect. Doesn’t hurt but can definitely feel it when pressing down. About the size of s marble . It is fat that didn’t take.

Talked to Dr Mata (he wasn’t the doctor who did the procedure) who said he could remove. But suggested I leave alone unless painful or it bothered me. Also said sometimes you can breakup if you press on nodule of fat or squeeze together, but can be difficult to do

Hey sorry I didn’t see you asked me a question. I had to have surgery but my case was different, so I don’t really know but I’d check out realself.com

Fat nodules often respond well to injection of steroid
