Hi there!

How soon does Tamsulosin/Flomax work, when to take it?

Read a bit in the internet, there it says 'better urine flow after 1-3 days'.

Of course we only want better flaccid hang in the days after the operation.

I was thinking to take it on the day before the pmma procedure before sleeping. So it's surely active on the procedure. Then take it every morning.
It says it should be taken 30min after meal.

But 1-3 days, perhaps i should take it right now (pmma is in 2 days).

This sounds kinda bad:
Quote:

Serious side effects

Call your doctor right away if you have serious side effects. Call 9-1-1 if your symptoms feel life threatening or if you think you’re having a medical emergency. Serious side effects and their symptoms can include the following:

  • abnormal ejaculation
  • priapism (painful, long-lasting erection)
  • flu-like symptoms
  • blurred vision
  • low blood pressure when changing positions that causes you to feel lightheaded, faint, or dizzy
  • allergic reaction, with trouble breathing, fever, swelling of your throat or tongue, rash, itching, or hives

I guess i should have tried it before, to see if everything is good.

Also:

Quote:
Antibiotics

  • erythromycin

Taking this drug with tamsulosin could increase the levels of tamsulosin in your body. This would raise your risk of side effects from tamsulosin.

Erectile dysfunction drugs

  • sildenafil
  • tadalafil
  • vardenafil

Taking these drugs with tamsulosin can cause very low blood pressure.

It takes 36 hours for it to be out of your system.

Hm. I guess i am gonna take a pill now.

It works. It takes less than a day for me.

I would take it now though.

I only had low blood pressure from all those side effects. I almost passed out after the operation.

It's a vasodilater so it's unavoidable.

Having said all that viagra is better for flaccid and, obviously, erections. For me anyway.

Naginati- where were you able to get Flomax? Assume by prescription?

Boots in the UK.

They will phone you to check. Had to make up a story about my doctor and my problems with urination.

I'm a first class bullshitter though. It's my major skill in life.

I had the same, but it was not even by phone but in writing some symptoms.

Bye the way i survived it. Was a bit dizzy after the procedure though.
Not sure about combining viagra and it though. I guess i will not.
