Also, don't forget another reason men don't undergo hair transplant is that it has mixed results.  Success is not reliable.  Transplanted hair can fall out later, leaving the patient with a bald head and a scarred or depleted donor area in the back of the head.

Agree, but the same thing applies to phalloplasty. Neither will be mainstream or considered normal in any way.

Although, I believe, hair transplant is now remarkably successful and undetectable. It has come a long way in the last 20 yrs.

Same with nonsurgical phalloplasty. It is still not ideal but so much better. Dr C is getting great results with PMMA. I am not keen on permanent fillers and so developed CALIBRE with HA. To me safety is everything - so I like the reversibility. But lots of guys here still go on about it shrinking so quickly and needing top-up every 6 mths or year. That just has not been our experience. Maybe it is the fillers we use. I think there are doctors who don't use HA or just don't want to do injectable phalloplasty that talk it down without any real experience.
