First I'd like to say that a couple of guys from the forum (users and admin) saw my results in real life.

I would have love to share photos but I'm too private for doing it.

That being said I would like to share my personal honest experience as I don't see any valid here beside Dr Oats, thanks Doc for being here [smile]

I have had Juvederm Voluma for more than 3 years.

- Advantage: It's safe, it will give you the amount of size you desire without worrying about any health issues. It looks good flacid, it looks good erect. It make your D super heavy, I love that. It doesn't move at all like many said. I believe this HA is so sticky that it will stick so well that it won't move. Macrolane in another hand does move and I don't recommend it.

On some guys Voluma will melt into their skin giving a very natural look and feel. Since everybody is different It can be disappointing on others so don't expect to look exactly like somebody else.

- Disadvantage: At time the harder you get the swishy it will be. To get a good result, your Dr will have to inject a lot, when I say a lot ----> I mean A LOT.

Then again it's "MY" experience I can't talk about others.

Minimum 30 cc over the first year. Don't expect anything from 10 CC, unless you length is 4 inches erect 10 cc will only make you look weird and unheaven. I'm being real here.

After that first year touch ups are mandatory every 6 months because in some places the HA will either mold into your hand if you JO a certain way or will diminish. Mine usually gets my thumb indent usually every 8 months. It's a deep dent it's more like a wave. After to keep a esthetic to it you will have to get touch ups. Touch ups can go from 2 cc to 6 cc sometimes.

You don't have worry about nodules with Voluma, it will smooth out no matter what.

I don't regret doing it but if I had to choose I will take the PMMA route even if it'll take more time to achieve your goals. PMMA is hard and feel more like the real thing.

But if you don't mind paying a lot, go to the Voluma route to test it out and see how you like it.

To give an idea, I spent probably easy 7K to 9K in 3 + years. the Dr that injected me didn't charge me beside the Voluma price, he is a friend and did it for free.

Thanks for starting this thread. It should be very useful to a number of posters as I'm pretty sure you are the member who has had Voluma for the longest period of time.

I've seen Gatit's result (flaccid in real life and erect via photo) and it's a real work of art.

Hey!! Nice to hear from you and glad you are still posting. I concur that HA is not as firm as PMMA. The one area of my dick that was the most resistant to PMMA because of Fibrosis was finally filled in with a heavy concentration of Silikon. It looks smooth but it is the part of my dick that is the most like it was when I had HA. It's the upper left shaft and no matter how hard I get it is not quite hard there. The other thing about temp fillers is that for guys that are obsessive, by the next day or two you start wondering if it is going down and you never feel quite free of the size issues as it is always on your mind that the ha is being absorbed. I think I had about 36-38cc's in all. I've also seen Gatit's dick in person and as fillers go it looks flawless, but I completely get the softness issue.

Of all the PE procedures I have had, dermal grafts definitely looked and felt the best, then PMMA, really not bad at all, just go low key on the Silikon, then the HA (and I have tried Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Ultima or something - don't even remember, and some other brand I forgot - maybe Macrolane).

Hey Dan! yes from what I remember you probably got close to 40 cc. The last one you tried was Teosyal not Macrolane. HA is an option but people have to be realistic, it will be squishy and it will require a lot. Once you start, it's hard to stop. And most doctors know that. It's addicting in the sense that when you start the change is so subtle that you want more. Because 10 cc is not enough.

I can imagine that girls that get lip fillers feel the same way, although you can get a good result the first time. If the Doc would fill up half of their top lip they would feel exactly like I felt and they would ask for more. In fact the majority get more and more and they end up looking like cartoon characters, but it's socially accepted.

Again this is my personal experience, I think that Hunkydory01 shared the same feeling. The first time the Doc will inject 10 cc or 15 cc at most. He won't be able to add more because the skin is usually super tight on the shaft.

But the result won't be perfect and it will look weird with 10 cc. At least on me it looked weird. To get a good result the HA has to coat the shaft entirely or it will feel weird to the touch. And for that you'll have to do 3 round of 10 cc, waiting preferably 3 weeks to 1 month between each session.

Thank you for the post, this is very helpful.
Isn't it challenging to get a top-up every 6 months? Does your friend do injections commercially as well? If so, what country?

I gained 1.5" or a little more from the 40cc's - it got me very close to what I was with my grafts, but it depends a lot on the length of your dick - I am at about 7.5

Did you also need HA touch-ups every 6 months Hunkydory?

I didn't stick with it long enough to need touch-ups. I dissolved it all in my apartment. I should add that I was repairing a lot of loose skin from dermal graft removal or I would not have had that much HA - but it was not for me. Even if it had looked and felt great the reality of getting y dick worked on every 6 months would have gotten to me sooner or later. I have a friend who has a great outcome and he goes back every 4-5 months. He has the money so it is not a big deal to him but I love having a permanent solution. I don't think about my dick anymore.

A permanent solution is ideal, but I get too concerned over nodules and delayed inflammatory response such as what Restoration went through.
Did you self-inject the HA as well or just the dissolving enzyme?

It’s not that challenging. But it’s a pain to go every 6 to 8 months for touch ups. 95% of the Voluma will remain for 18 months but in some spots it becomes wavy and a touch up is necessary to keep it proportionate.

My friend is a reconstructif plastic surgeon, he is in France. He doesn’t offer it in his practice. He treats people that had serious accidents. He’s not looking to get into that business. He does it as a favor for me, we grew up together he is like a brother

This technique of HA for girth has been done for more than 10 years in France. It’s not socialy accepted but it’s common.

In any cases I’ll sugest you get it done by someone qualified, that knows the anatomy. You don’t want to get your vital organ messed up.

I agree with Hunky. Even though it’s a long lasting product, in the back of my mind I think about the fact that it’s not permanent or semi permanent.

When girls get their boobs done, once it’s done they don’t think about it . It’s part of their body until the 10 years mark when they have to switch implants but beside that they keep their shape.

Tell a girl that want big boobs to choose between implants or injections that require touch ups every year she’ll laugh at you.
