Hi guys,

I'm planning on going to Doctor N for PMMA.

I've done my research, this site has been increadibly valuable. I would not have got to this stage without it. I'm extremely grateful to you all.

I have already been messaging a few individuals for advice and people have been very supportive and helpful.

In particular, Southdub, jimbo22 and stiper2011 have all replied with detailed in depth adivice. You give your advice freely and I appreicate it.

I'm going to start a Progress log to give back what has been given to me.

I'm nervous about the whole thing but determined to do it.

Been waiting 2 weeks now for a reply from Dr N but I'm led to believe this is standard for her.

Starting at 6.75bpel, 5egb to 4.4 below glans. Constant taper. I have no specific size goal, just to gain size.

Any advice or just general discussion is welcomed.

Personally I'd say go for 10% and massage frequently. I know Dr N prefers 30% and no massage, but from my experience, I can't agree.

Hi Hoddle,

I've had exactly that advice from the people I spoke to. That 10% gives better aesthetic results, fewer nodules and irregularities.

Also seems to be the case that massaging is best. Southdub in particular has come to this conclusion after his experience and I'm inclunde to agree going by the case reports.

I am tempted by the 30% though, would surely yeild greater gains and could touch up the irregularities with 2 rounds of 10% after. I know I'm going against the recomendations here. I am listening, just really want the size. I'm sure I would regret it if it went wrong though.

I'll go with the 10%.

I'm really quite nervous about this but determined to do it. Thanks for your input Hoddle. You seem to do a lot for this forum.

If you live in the UK going to Prague is cheap and easy, so there is little reason to rush things by trying to maximize gains in one session by going with 30%. It's a £50 flight with Easyjet.

I am from the UK.

That is ridiculously cheap.

I think multiple rounds would allow the constant assessment of how things are going allowing incremental changes. Less hcance for things to deviate to much from the desired result.

Bit off topic, what doI need to get into czechoslovakia?
It's been 10 years since I was abroad, work work work, although I did al lot of traveling back then aroudne urope.

Just passport and travel insurance?
I shoudl know this I know.

I've never been to Prague, but you just need a passport. Most people take out travel insurance when travelling abroad, though I hardly ever do. It's only about £10.

PS it's not Czechoslovakia these days.

Best of luck. Will say a prayer for you that it goes well.

BTW I stayed in a hotel 100m away from Dr. N clinic called Atos and would recommend it as was great value. It is an old building and was given a large triple room with about 14ft high ceilings for just €35 the night. That included Internet and breakfast.
