Surgery canceled.
Told me it wasn't a vein just before operation and that it was the edge of the implant. I walked out after he proposed removing some pmma and cutting along the length of the penis.
It would leave a big scar and I don't want to lose pmma.

He is right though, it's the edge of the pmma that I can feel.

I think it may be peyronies disease. So does the surgeon. He's been right about everything so far.

It can happen with masterbation or even a sharp bend, pmma and a cannula moving about inside ones dick will certainly be capable.

Can feel two small lumps bordering the cavernosum and urethra which don't feel like pmma, this could be scar tissue.

Would also explain why the pain has died down a lot since the start. That would have been the acture inflammatory phase and swelling. It's still very much there with friction though.

Next would be penile curvature and loss of girth.

Thanks for the update!

So there is pmma just near the base that was problematic?
Peyronies disease - how does this play into it?

It's a symptom of peyronies disease?
Caused by perhaps pmma procedure?

Seems the butcher of Prague must have done something with the cannula or with the pmma to damage the cavernosum causing the disease.

I have all the symptoms but the curvature which may happen yet.

Not that it really matters if you're in constant pain and unable to use it -_-

But how's it all looking visually?

A bit like a hammer head shark. Two blobs below the glans on either side and a lot missing along the right hand side. You can tell it's not natural.

Was never that bothered about aesthetics though.

Reading up about the latest news from psychopath Elist, it occured to me.

Not once since I informed Ivana Nemeckova that I have chronic pain did she ever contact me to ask how things were.

Not once.

This was a woman that was seemingly very caring during the consulatations and during the operations.

This was a womam I thought we got on well with.

It's an act.

It's all pretend.

When you get a real problem, a real problem, not swelling, not discolouration, we've all been through that, no, a real problem, she disconnects.

She doesn't give a fuck, lads.

She's not reckless, not like Elist, she genuinely wants to do a good job.

But only because it serves her purse.

Only because of what's in it for her.

You are valuable in as much as that you provide utility.

You are a source of income.

If you can no longer provide that, you are nothing.

Think about that when you sign on the dotted line in that all white room with the pan flute music.

Think about that when you place your life in her hands.

To Ivanka you are a pen.

To Ivanka you are a car.

To Ivanka you are a chair.

What do you do with a pen when it breaks?

Man, I feel really sorry for you, it's insane world we live in. I said this before and I repeat again: we NEED new qualified doc for European patients. We literally have no alternatives.

To all of you guys who read this: tell and promote to well knowed experienced docs in your countries about male enhancement procedures (ideally PMMA and other non invasive procedures like HA and Radiesse/Ellanse). I will continue to do this in my country. Maybe it will make sense.

No reputable doc will ever do this. Go to a serious urologist in the UK and they will be horrified at the prospect. The guy I saw was elite and even considered it at one point until he went to see it done and followed up on the complications. It's dodgy as fuck only quacks quacks will do it. Even Dr horn seems to be a shifty bugger. You take your chances or you stay small. It's going to be like this for the foreseeable future.

In recognition of the considerable PE procedure capabilities void in Europe, Dr. Jayson Oates has packaged a training program, which he has stated he will begin personality deploying throughout Europe this year. If you know of certain doctors, that you believe will benefit from his approach, certainly reach out to him and make him aware, and also reach out to the European PE doctor that you have in mind, and let them know about Dr Oates.

Will this also include PMMA? Injection procedure should be similar only different fillers. Since I have Metacrill in me I will only consider the same Product since we have seen bad outcomes when it comes to mixing priducts. Shame Dr Oates is in Australia seems line a great doctor and genuine good guy.

Pain isn't as bad when I use lube.

Hopefully natural lubricant would be enough.

Don't know what it is that I'm irritating with the friction. It's like a burning stinging pain.

I don't know...

I thought so many things before and come up with such elaborate theories as to what is going on with me. These theories have been convincing enough that urologist, bloody surgeons, have agreed with me. Only for us to find out that I was completely wrong.

So, I don't know.

So, I think the pain is from pressure on the dorsal nerve. Dynamic mechanical allodynia.

It's a burning electric sensation and it can occur with the slightest of pressure. Seems to be when there is friction. Lube reduces it significanty.

Going to try and get my life back together and become attractive enough for sex. I'm a mess due to severe depression these last few months.

I hope during sex that the lubrication is enough to avoid pain. If not, I guess that's it. Game over. Trip to prague kill Nemkova maybe lol

Male genital dysaesthesia!
That's what it is, I fit all the symptoms.
Number 22 you called it (albiet not by that name) ages ago.
That's what I have, dysaethesia of the dorsal pudendal nerve
