Hello folks, my name is John im a 18 year old male from Germany with a big problem. I was heavily overweight until spring this year, ive lost 120lbs in 9 months but it did (probaly) nothing to my hormone levels which are in totally fucked up unbalance, even today i have probaly high estrogen but low T levels (at least it feels like that to me) my testicle are nut size with only little sperm, my penis has grown extremly in length (almost 8 inch) but my girth is underdeveloped (4 inch and 4.5inch at the mid) which is KILLING ME, i try to avoid women in ANY situation.

Please just dont text me with the typical political correct shit like "You can get a women off with 2 fingers and you tongue" I COULD EXPLODE every time i hear that simply because its BULLSHIT, i mean licking a women can be satisfying but it is NOT a solution for a penis size deficiency because IM A MEN AND NOT A LESBIAN. i search for an drastically girth enhancement and testicle enlargement , but before i do a surgery on my penis i just want to know if there is any hormonal solution for this at my age.

I had a similar starting girth to you
I had an operation which I thought was going to permanently increase the size of mine but instead it permanently reduced it.
90% of the procedures available are a complete con at best and the ones the do actually work are far from ideal. It’s the general consensus on this board that the only reasonable ways to increase girth are PMMA, Hyaluronic Acid and temporary stimulatory fillers such as Ellanse or Radiesse.
YOU ARE ONLY YOUNG

Ive also have a relatively strong ED, my glans are always getting soft and i need constant stimulation to have an full erection. Trough the ED i have probaly an penis atrophy, otherwise i can not explain why i lost almost over an cm in girth, because 2 years ago i measured over 5 inch girth and penis was definitely a bit thicker in general, but since my ED started a year ago my penis became thinner.

You might just have Psychological ED, a few people have it on here, it’s probably related to depression and low self esteem. If you actually have ED, which I doubt at your age, you can have shockwave therapy which improves it.
No I won’t get my money back.
Your really ought to take your time, in the near future there will be far greater solutions than those currently available. At your age it always seems like the world revolves around having sex, but there is a lot more to life.

By any chance did you get this from jelqing? A few of us have this.
My solution is to use a cock ring, it will help soft glans and erectile quality.
Dream does the same I think.
Osbon tension band is best. It will give you about an extra 0.25 girth too.

Depression and anxiety, especially with sexuality and self-esteem is very common for adolescents and young adults. If you think you might have some of these issues, it's a good idea to reach out for some help. Probably not what you want to hear, given the purpose of this message board.

As for biological factors, a massive weight loss in a short period of time, whether from extreme dieting and exercise or from being ill, does have a major destabilizing impact on your endocrine system among other things, and it may take a while for homeostatis to reassert itself. Whatever triggered it meant that there was a major shift in your lifestyle--if it was voluntary, then it takes major a commitment to maintain. I would recommend seeing your general practitioner / primary care doctor during your next checkup and ask about a metabolic/thyroid panel as well as a sex hormone test. If the tests come back clean, you can eliminate possible factors to your problem.

These are all things you should feel comfortable discussing with your physician. Again, it's not something that an 18-year old wants to hear, but that's what they've been trained to handle.
