Not sure, but I just sent a query to them. I know Ray told me back in October that they were experimenting with a lot of things... I know SO said he asked them to join as a sponsor, I hope they do.

I think he probably just referring to the flaccid length gained from the filler, il be surprised if it’s anything else.

Yeah, I'm really interested in this. Morganstern seems to have one of the best reputations for USA based doctors on here...I dont know anyone else besides Hogue in Minnesota. I'm interested in this one versus the "instant" penis enlargement, and the differences between them. I wish Morganstern would be more forthcoming on this website on the kinds of fillers he uses. I like Dr. Oates' Calibre Clinics' info sheet, it lays everything out very clearly for you. Sigh. USA still lagging behind. All I want is some filler for a 1 - 1.5 inch girth boost and I'll be set. Not doing PMMA, but the temporary fillers look like a great compromise.

If you look on the bottom, it says that this method is good for guys with little to no body fat, which is part of their "permanent" enlargement procedure. So this certainly is not fat grafting.

My sentiments exactly, I feel morganstern is trustworthy . There was one doctor in my city, (NY) Dr. Norman Rowe and off of proximity alone I was drawn to the idea but all I needed to see was a video of him injecting someone with the filler without breaking eye contact with the camera to actually pay attention to what he was doing . No precision , no care it seemed like he just poked it and injected filler . Fillers are most certainly the way to go imo as well, PMMA doesn’t seem to be as aesthetically pleasing or as safe. The calibre clinic is the most forthcoming and seemingly the most genuine off of just how forthcoming the site is, especially with the before and after photos. The androfill website is worthwhile as well and has one of the better before and after galleries I’ve seen. That’s one aspect I’d pay attention to because it truly separates those we should believe and those we should not . My mind was almost set on a trip to Australia , just to enjoy life on the other side of the world for a few and Visit  the clinic, but to be honest morganstern in Atlanta seems to be the best option $$. Then again, Money is no object when it comes to my penis .

Just keep in mind how you're going to get back to them should you have any complications. I'd opt for the two hour flight.

Yeah, he seems to be, and he has the best overall rep on here. I was thinking about Australia, and I'm also East coast USA, but the logistics of it, and if theres any complications, having to fly out to Australia is just not worth it and not realistic. Even a European doctor is just not realistic for us - its domestic or bust. And yes, PMMA just seems a bit risky and the aesthetics aren't as pleasing. PMMA is too much of a blunt instrument. I'd much rather take a safer route that requires a yearly touch up or two, that is fully reversible. After all its your penis, you only get one, and its delicate. Same goes for the doctor, I want the best. I think we will be rewarded for our patience with this new tech that is coming out with these fillers. It's gonna be the way to go, IMO.

Our patented approach utilizes a proprietary tandem of FDA approved fillers: some of which are permanent in nature: others that aren’t life-lasting.

I thought there aren't any FDA approved permanent fillers for soft tissue enhancement. Or are there?

Also, some think - and when I say some I mean credible sources including pubmed - that mixing different fillers in a single session significantly increases the risk of complications, first and foremost FBGs.

Can anyone in US actually pick up the phone and have a conversation with the office? And then report back? If there approach is patented, what is the patent number? Or are they just randomly mixing fillers and bullshiting people?

Also, what is that abnormal looking part in the skin right below the glans? Is that swelling immediately post injection? Or just an ugly abnormality from the procedure?

If that's the permanent result, I don't like it. If their aesthetics is that poor in uncut penises, I can only imagine how badly they would do with uncut ones.

Actually I would never trust an American to inject me. Some of them haven't even seen an uncut penis, let alone injected one.

It is. That area around the circ scar just below the glans starts to swell almost immediately, and can last a while. Guys who have had pmma have noted that area swelling for a few weeks.

They claiming about length gain. But they don't say that it's only for flaccid length, which is occurs in almost every filler procedure. So it's nothing new. And in my opinion mixing of different type of fillers is not a good idea.

They don't mix fillers in a single session. I'm pretty sure they are talking about guys who have had smaller amounts of voluma after doing ellanse, rather than a second ellanse session which produces a stronger inflammation response. I know they also recommend regular pumping, with all fillers, not just FFT. In general, the extra blood flow is good for all layers, fascia, and tissue not just inside the CC as you'd get with regular nocturnal erections.

These guys have been doing PE a very long time, and Dr. Carney has a doctorate in pharmacology in addition to being Chief of Urology at a teaching hospital and also does reconstructive urological surgery. So I'm pretty sure it's safe to say they have the expertise and knowledge in this area. Hopefully they will be able to join as a sponsor in the near future so they can respond to questions directly. But I do know they're pretty busy.

As I understood it from Ray this proceedure is no longer done. (the length part).  Unless this is brand spanking new, but that page has been up for a long time.
