I've definitely read about fat storage as a child leading to weight problems as an adult. It had to do with the fact that fat cell volume is registered in a lifetime during childhood, and then what changes moving forward is the size of the fat cells. But the quantity stays the same. For the rest of your life. So if you are thin during childhood and puberty, you're more likely to stay thin; if you gain weight it's because the size of your fat cells are growing, not because you're picking up new fat cells. That's the reason why fat people stay fat, because they have so many more fat cells than others.

Yeah, I definitely think aesthetics wise, Lipo would be a good idea for me. I came from a " your not fat, just husky!" Type of family. I looked like a ball, when my families adult friends made that comment more than I'd like to remember. Cholesterol tests every year till I was like 16. Ugh. Then my junior year of high school I was tired of being made fun of and believing my parents, and i was 195, 5'6, so I dropped 40lbs. Not enough to have extra skin, just stretch marks. I more or less keep my down in the 160s now. But even so, I can get cut, and look great, but still have enough active fat there to hide my stuff. And I do have a limit of how much I can lose before I look really sick, about 148, and even then it's still hiding a good half inch or more. Amazing how body chemistry before puberty can make some things stay permanent way after.

Indeed. It's a brilliant system when you think about it. The body basically assesses what kind of conditions you will be living in for your lifetime, and it leaves you with a quantity of fat cells that it deems consistent with what you'll experience in your life ahead. Hence, if your body is storing calories at a high rate, such as with people in very cold climates (Eskimos), it will assume you will need them in the conditions you'll be living through as an adult. Brilliant.

Thanks, glad I could help! It had definitely made it more comfortable and I'm at least able to wear it everyday without it slipping off or getting painful really quick because of the device being strapped down too tight.

Also, hope I don't get in trouble for this since it's suppose to be a progress report on extending, but I just saw the post about Penith by Dr. Ress and am definitely going to try to be part of that. I emailed already and will be calling tomorrow. Not worried about the scar, I've already had an inguinal hernia while I was in the army, and I can tell you, 3 years later, and the surgery scar looks like a stretch mark if you can find it. So, for an update on short term goals, by any means necessary, 8 inches, non bone pressed. I want girth and will worry about pmma when my length is where I want it. Some how, maybe because I'm more or less new at this, I'm measuring 7.5 bone pressed, which is great for me. I use to only measure 6.75 about 3 years ago. No pics of that, but I will post some new pics soon

I don't actually know if 3 inches is possible, but for reasons I doubt anyone will care about, 9 inches non pressed is my ultimate goal. I want to update this every 250 hours whether there is change or not. Today I'm doing very light tension, just to keep it stretched, for 10 hours. Will most likely do this for about a week. If it's comfortable, I'll do more then 10 hours a day. Here are starting pics and I'll update those every 250 hours too. I just need help staying with it this time.

Yeah, the fat pad issue is really frustrating since if I press hard enough I'm about 7.5 now, I'm about 6.25 or so not pressed, and I really don't know what my length actually is. If I had Lipo and got it all removed, would I be close to 7.5? Idk. I heard that vacuum stretching is way more comfortable and I want to get that system, anyone got any good gains from long wearing the device using a vacuum attachment for an ADS?

Hey guys, I know it's been awhile but I do have some news, some good, some....eh. So first thing first, the last 4 weeks I have been stretching everyday save maybe one to two days a week I rest. I measures my stretched length and erect length and I'm mildly happy to say that for the first time in my life, I saw over 7.5 inches on the ruler without trying to cut into my pelvic bone! Not sure if I mentioned but I was usually doing good to get 7 inches back in January lol Now, i say mildly because I NEED to lose weight, I'm about 170, and my profile picture is at 150. I'm working on it. Time now. If I don't push the fat down, my dick is still about about 6.25. So here's the not so awesome news....I seemed to have ripped my seam. The seam, on the bottom of my unit, it is definitely ripped. Not too much blood, a bit of an open wound running about an inch down. Not really detouring me as long as I'm not in too much pain. Going to keep stretching though because I don't want it to heal while I'm flaccid or the problem won't stop. Also getting some stretch marks, but I'm going to say that's a bit more proof of effect.
Now I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of, used the services of, or read about Dr. Karen Elizabeth Boyle at Chesapeake Urology? From the little I've found, she seems to know what men are looking for when it comes to male cosmetic surgery, offering lipo and lift in that area specifically for people who have too much fat right above their penis. Now I'm sure there are many plastic surgeons that offer this, but her website is the first I've found that is quite as blunt, and the office is near me. So give me a shout out if anyone knows anything, thanks!

Duskomr, congrats on your recent length gains They are very difficult to come by so keep at it! Can you update your progress with pictures?

Additionally, if your stretching is causing any type of pain or damage to your penis, you're going too far. Ease up.

Sorry it took me so long. So here is a picture of the rip almost healed. I believe the main cause is I have some major scrotal webbing that goes almost half way up my unit. So when i put the extender on I wasn't accounting for that. I tried using the 2 inch rod and I guess I wasn't ready for it. So, when I do reach a little more size I'm going to start using a fulcrum and keep the tissue "on its toes" so to speak. By fulcrum I mean I'll use a small cylinder with the extender between me and the bars.
So, in some of the pictures I know it looks like 8, but I'm almost positive it's just an artifact of camera angle, because I was really disheartened to not see the "7.5" when I first put the extender back on after two day....really disappointed honestly, but I've done 8 hours today so far and going to do another 2 tonight.
Also, if you note the bubble looking thing beside my head, it is just that. A bubble caused by the pressure from the extender and the wrap. It goes away within an hour, so all's good right? Lol

Ok, so here a few other pics to illustrate my biggest problem, concern, and what pisses me off the most about me. Can anyone please tell me if I get supper thin or have Lipo, will my length be the same as it is now with the extender???
You can see how far the fat gets pushed in, I really hate that.
