Surgery went well on Friday. I had a girth procedure using Repriza. I chose this product because it offered the thickest grafts.. I recovered for 5 days at a nearby hotel and had daily check ups by the doctor. Dr Solomon was very professional. He was attentive and reassuring about where we should expect to be at this point in the process.

I am still quite swollen so I am not sure if we where able to come close to my improved girth expectations. I am hopeful since the swollen results are significantly different than where I started. Aesthetically it looks great. Obviously there is significant bruising but the symmetry looks natural.

I traveled home yesterday and now must contend with steps at home. They are not easy. I have experienced more pain since I have arrived home. One tends to overexert at home. I have not done much but more than at the hotel. I would recommend staying away for longer. Home offers far to may temptations that should be avoid after surgery.

I will end here for now. I will update as I get further along in the process. For now I am cleaning religiously and applying the prescribed ointment. I am not a pill person but took all antibiotics . I try to take the pain medication sparingly but I will tell you it is necessary.

Good luck to anyone else taking the plunge.

Hope this is helpful.

Hope you heal well and you get what you wanted.

BTW, what are/were your expectations and what did the Dr promise you or tell you you will end up with as far as girth and length! Do you feel comfortable with some pix?

Live Long and F*** Long 😉

elist FAILED Silicone implant and My report here: http://phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/the-mustang-saga-elist-silicone-implant-prfm-pmma-and-then-5414806?&trail=15

The elist Silicone Implant is a failure by design, a disaster by Surgeon and a Let Down by the Medical board!, in my Unmedical, Unprofessional Opinion 😉

Thanks for submitting a progress report! Maybe the first Dr. Solomon report we have here at PB.  This will be incredibly useful to others seeking out this method.

Question:  You say you chose Repriza because it offered the thickest grafts.  What were your other options?

Happy healing! Keep us posted, thanks again!

Dr Solomon and his assistant Jennifer are very professional and forthright.

The recovery period depends on you. I am in the process now so I can comment thus far. I am about 10 days out. I am horizontal 80% of the time. My career is driven by seasons so I am in my down time and can afford limited movement. I Qhad an erections last night and the pain was unspeakable. The stitching just below the head is almost unnoticeable. I did have some bleeding from this area as a result of the erection. I am not trying to scare you but provide thr facts. It was a nocturnal erection nothing that was stimulated. It was my first and only issue thus far. Drugs and ice helped.
Important to get the bottle with a cap type ice pack. This is the type you add ice to. It conforms to the area. It contorts to the area better than the gel pad options.

Dr Solomon says to expect approximately a 30% increase. This actual results vary based on what the patient offers. Dr Solomon's website listed the girth enhancement options. The allografts are sterile and have been used over a ten year period. They have been widely used over the last 5 years. Dr solomon is no longer offering alloderm.. Belladerm is available as well as other options, permcol, and strattice. Dft is an option but there is absorption issues. You will most likely be required to repeat the process. It is cheaper but expect the cost to reoccur at least once. The spongy descriptionsof the finished work gave me pause as well. Autologous Dermis requires harvesting implant and scaring in the harvested area. The allograft was sterile cadaver matrix that has a history and required no additional surgeries to achieve the goal. Pmma is too new to me. I would rather have more history and understanding of possible complications. IMHO

None of this is accredited by the medical community so we are all somewhat test rats. That said, I believe some procedures like allograft have pedigree and are more of a taboo issue. IMHO If you research you will find medical articles that suggest there is just not enough procedures and evidence to warrant a seal of approval fom the medical establishment.

I almost went Belladerm based on some other experiences I read on the boards. I was concerned with the reabsorption issues. Dr Solomon said he has very little issue with this. This relieved my concern. He even documents minimal reabsorption in the girth section of his website.

I chose Repriza because the grafts where he largest available options. I read there can be complications when the graft sheets must be layered to achieve a certain thickness. I hope to avoid these complications by choosing a thicker graft that would not require layering.

I am on the smaller side of statistics. I have a fantastic spouse who has never complained and have enjoyed a healthy sex life. I wished I was closer to average and ultimately a little above. That said I measured 3.0 girth flaccid and 4.25 erect. I have done significant research and found average Is 4.9. I researched further and found most women prefer between 5 and 6 " girth. Of course there are outliers on either side. Many guys in here want or have stunt dicks. Good for them. I'm out to improve the experience between a couple that is happily married for 10 yrs and have 2 boys. The child baring process takes its toll and a little extra helps.

A significant amount of the swelling has subsided and I am hovering at just under 5" flaccid. There is still swelling so I expect 4.5 to 4.75 when all is said and done. If I regain the 1.2 with erection it will put me between 5-6 which is where I want to be. My wife and partner is smaller so I am not out to hurt her. I am past that stage of my life. If I was 20 I may feel differently. I doubt it but Who knows what I would have wanted in those excessive testosterone years.

The procedure cost $ 11500.00. You need to add in the cost of a hotel near the doctor so he can monitor you the first week. He was much pricier than dr reed in Miami. I considered him as well. Both men have done these type procedures for over 20 years.

Hope this helps.

Take care,

@ Curious1,

Welcome aboard, congratulations to consider and keep considering the post, positive and negative aspects.

I see with good eyes the option of Allo grafts did not know the Repriza optionally graft to the penis, but I know that it is used widely in reconstructive medicine, such as breast reconstruction.
Acellular dermal matrix = Repriza
It is an allo graft repair in the dermis, would not understand if compatibility to subcutaneous graft, such as Belladerm or Alloderm.

Have you had a good measure penis, and it takes a long marriage and family life quite successfully.

What motivated you to leave for the increase?

What are your expectations of an increase? (length and girth)

I can't say enough about dr Solomon and his staffs professionalism and accessibility. I am not sure I should post how he did it. It may be best to call him. He will insist on a personnal consultation. You can ask there. I will say that once the incisions heal they should not be noticeable. The man has a business. He has been great to me. I just don't want to give out his process which may be better than others. Go see him if your interest. I am in the process. All i can say is that I am very happy.

I had a follow up visit planned for Thursday. I had some erection issues that were beyond painful. He rescheduled and I went to see the doctor today. He did a full exam and was happy with my healing progress. He gave me additional medication to stuffial the erections.

You asked why do it? I have always been underadverage in size. I never had dating issues. I grew up at the beach. My wife says I have more than enough confidence. I'll tell you I have always been self concise. Although it is painful right now I already have a better sense of self. There was not so much a void as there is now a marked addition. The doctor clarified that my swelling has subsided at the base. I should expect to maintain approximately a 5" girth. I am hopeful that this will enhance my sexual relationship with my wife. I did this for myself but hope to spice up our relationship as well. We will see in a month.

This was a serious surgery. I would strongly recommend anyone take there time considering this procedure. I have the value of a fantastic spouse who never judged me. She said it was not necessary. She actually said it was a crazy risk but if I really wanted to do it she supported me.

I had two antibiotics the first two weeks. In addition to these medications i had Percocet for pain and Valium for sleep.
I would like to add that i normally don't take medication and have a healthy diet supplimented with vitimans. Many vitimans are not good to take after the surgery. My doctor provided a list of things i had to avoid till the healing process is complete.
A side effect of the medication is hardening of the stools. This was never a issue for me but became one because of the medication. I will tell you it is extremely painful trying to go when that area is sore from surgery. Make sure you start a regime of raisins, prunes, or doctor approved laxatives. Constipation is flat out painful post op.
Sorry if this is crude but i thought it was useful insight about the process.

I had my surgery two weeks ago friday. The pain is still quite servere. I havebbeen getting paritial erection at night. Dr solomon gave me medicine but it is to qwell an erection not prevent it. The pain is nauseating. It is falt out brutal.

The doctor says people recover at different rates. Does anyone have an idea how much longer i can expect the extreme pain? I feel like a puss posting this but after waking 3 times last nightnand dry heaving. I underetand i am in he middle of the battlebi just would like to know if relief is on he horizon.

Have you looked into requesting stronger pain medication? And how would you describe the pain now (type of pain and location)?

I see no reason why relief isn't on the horizon once everything heals.

I started taking 2 percocets now at a time. I only had one issue last night. I think i wasmdrinking too many fluids in the evening.

I have been concerned with constipation. It was an issue last week and equally painful. I have now moved on to prunes and less water in the evening. It worked well last night. I now think they were more urination stiffy's than erections. Either way the reduced watermthing has helped.

The incisions are still very visable but the major scabs are now breaking up and falling away. I have been reappling bacitracin and changing the gaze 3x daily. I still shower once a day with Hibricins.

It is coming along i guess i expected the pain to ramp down as it went along. I acknowledge i over did it by taking a four block walk with my son to the park 2 days ago. I felt like a shiz head for not spending more time the last few weeks.
I paid. I will not make that mistake again.

In any case thank you for words of encouragement skep 1
