From what I read on the web, I'm supposed to push the ruler past the fat to my pubic bone? I also wanted to say that I have gone from 5.6 to 6.25 in 2 months using an extender/stretcher.

The quick extender pro. They don't really give you instructions but it's easy to figure out. The main thing is to wrap your dick in non-adhesive sports wrap otherwise the tubes will pinch your skin when you tighten

I dont know, using this kind of stuff without instructions or the monitoring of a urologist seems pretty dangerous, i dont know man, maybe im just too paranoid , but thats literally the penis that we're talking about, it would be a nightmare if something happened to my penis. how much time did you use it? 20 hours per day or something? i dunno man  from what i heard it takes at least 6 mouths for you to start noticing the results, and you got it in 2 mouths, thats really impressive!

I am not going to say yes or no to  If you are doing it correct.     Reason,  every persons body is different and some people can push rulers far the fuck far inside them. 
So, heres what i would do.  And do myself.    Find what works for you in the "bone pressed" feeling arena and do that each time.  now you can track your gains the way. 
however,  I would also measure a few other ways as well for more data points and tracking.   

1.  measure, with a ruler, from the side of the penis while the penis is straight out - flat in your hand, in a flaccid state,  none bone pressed.   

2.  measure, with a ruler, from the side of the penis while the penis is straight out.   Erect,   None Bone Pressed.  

3.  measure with a ruler, from the side,   Bone pressed,   Erect 

4. measure with a ruler, from the side,   Bone pressed,   Flaccid 

5.  Measure with a tailors tape, in the flaccid state, straight down the top,  from the crease:  none pressed.   

6.  If you pump,   measure your max length ( in the tube )  at your max pressure comfort.   then quickly release as not to hurt yourself.   note the length and the pressure.     Then later,  see if you get to the same length with a lower pressure.    Then measure your max length and your max pressure comfort.   note the growth as you go.  


With all these data points you will be better able to actually know if you are growing.  And, You will be less likely have "false" growth statistics by pressing harder on a given measurement  - which seems to be common in the PE world,  especially when most people only measure 2 ways at most.

I pretty much just wear it at home and take it off when it feels uncomfortable. I guess I typically go 45 min then take it off for a couple min then back on. I probably average 6 hours per day

Probably 5 to 8 hrs everyday. I started keto a couple of months ago, so far I'm down 20lbs
