Back in December, I had my significant penoscrotal webbing removed by Dr. Carney at Morganstern's clinic.  As you can see, the difference is pretty dramatic.  Pumping was always tricky because I had so much scrotal skin on my lower shaft that I could easily suck a testicle into the tube.  Now that is not a problem.  I intend to have a girth procedure done soon.  I had planned to do an FFT but reading more here is making me lean towards doing filler.  Anyways, here are the photos.  I'm happy to answer any and all questions.

Thanks. I was bandaged up pretty thoroughly when I left.  They insisted I stay in town for 48 hours after the procedure.  I did not unwrap anything during that time.  Dr. Morganstern did my check first thing in the morning 2 days later.  He started to unwrap it and then decided not to since I was leaving from his office to fly home.  So, I don't really think staying in town is all that important since he didn't even really look at things (again bandaging was significant).

Things were swollen, particularly where the stitches were.  I remembered I took a few photos 6 days post.  I attach one of those are below.  I tend to get a tight scrotum easily even before the procedure and when that happens since the surgery, it looks a bit odd since it almost seems like he sewed it up off to one side.  I asked Dr. Carney to remove as much skin as possible even if that meant things might be a bit tight, so perhaps that's why. I'm going to look into getting botox in the scrotum to see if I can prevent the retraction.

I think I waited 3 weeks to have sex, and at that time, not all the sutures had dissolved so I used a ~2 inch section of silicone sleeve around that part so as not to irritate my wife.  I seem to recall the sutures took a few more weeks after that to fully dissolve and I often put gauze where the penis rubs the balls to prevent getting poked by the sutures which were quite robust and thus prickly.

They charged $4900.  Hard to say when I was "completely" healed, I'd guess 8 weeks.  Dr. Carney didn't want me having a girth procedure until 6 months after though I think he would be comfortable doing it now in light of my healing, 4 months later.

That's a really nice job the Doctor did there. Glad to see reports of penile procedures that aren't girth related, thanks for the contribution!

Hey man. i got my procedure done in January and it has been healing greatly. though maybe it's me being a bit of a hypochondriac. Did you still occasionally feel a little discomfort or minor pain in one or both testicles? I'm assuming although it's all healed up. the hardened scar tissue is still kind of pushing on my testicle a bit because i only really feel some discomfort or minor pain when my scrotum gets tight.

My health insurance just expired so i'm asking before i sacrifice a hefty hospital bill lol.

I am not having any pain like that now. I think I had some testicle pain afterwards though I don’t remember it being more than minor after the first few days.

thanks for the response. went and got checked out. Apparently it was just non infectious epididymitis that you can sometimes get from heavy lifting. They just said take some ibuprofen for a few days and it is feeling better.

Hi, do you think the procedure is worth it? My boyfriend has the same exact looking issue and I’m not sure he noticed?  With this skin attached a little to your dick does it prevent you from getting a full boner?  Like does the skin hold your dick from pointing upward while standing with a boner?  I’m so confused if it’s from this or some other reason his dick points down slightly “fully hard”.  ? Please help. I’ve never experienced this before but something doesn’t seem right.

This procedure shouldn't effect erection angle.

Some penises just naturally point down slightly when erect. There is nothing wrong with it. I certainly wouldn't mention anything to your boyfriend. He might become insecure about it if a sexual partner points it out.

How was the healing process right after? Would you be able to work if you had a moderately labor intensive job? Or what about working out at the gym?

That's a really good result.  I am very impressed.
