hey so one of my friends is an esthetician and does Botox.  I read that some men are using it to get a bigger flaccid hang. Since my hang is well pathetic this has me interested.  Has anyone done this? I can’t find a doctor near me who does this and I already inject pge1 so I’m comfortable with needles down there

It's used in scrotal relaxation providing a better hang, but I haven't heard of it being used to improve (penile) flaccid hang.

Botox works very well for this problem, but not so many dictors make this...speak with all penis doctors or write the penus doctors a mail and give us in this forum a feedback....

Some docs now are not only injecting Botox in the superficial layers of the penis, but also the corpus cavernosum.  It is supposed to help with ED.  I will have to find the articles again, but I believe 100 IU are used for ED treatment.  I guess you could do the two in conjunction with each other, both superficial and into the CC.
A clear conscience is the sign of a bad memory.

These procedures receive the fancy names of "Scrotox" and "Phallotox," and they target the scattered muscle fibers contained in the Dartos of the penis and scrotum, as well as the Cremaster muscle that elevates the testes.
Both procedures work but keep your expectations low. Seems to be that retractive patients have more collagen and elastic fibers than muscle fibers.
Briceb, I'd love to read the articles about botulinum toxin and ED!!!
