Just out of curiosity, do any of you guys freeball?

I go commando every day.  It is actually really rare for me to ever wear underwear.  Just so much more comfortable not to.

I free ball as much as i can. just not at work or at the gym. I actually always wrap my dong before going to the gym so i dont turtle. 
Before Manual PE:
BPEL 6.25"(probably less as i wasn't measuring right)

After Manual PE:
Hanging, Jelqing, ULI, Pumping... tried almost everything.
BPEL 7.5"
nbpEL 6.8"  (this measurement varies quite a bit)

Seriously?  Like with an Ace bandage?  Interesting.  Can't say I've done that.  But I've never really been one to turtle.

yup with an ace bandage.. Literally every time i lift i do it.

well i'm an avid hanger.. and for me i have that disease where i'm terrified of turtling.. lol.. I actually rarely turtle anymore because i'm so neurotic about it. 

my Flaccid length is about 5" plus and i freak out if it gets to 4" or less. 

And i bet you anything that when you work out legs or back or anything where there is a huge stress on your nervous system , your cortisol levels are high, and lots of blood being diverted from other parts of your body to fill, say, your quads; your dick will then be pretty shriveled. Put on top of that a hanging routine where it is preached from the pulpit to never ever ever ever let your dick turtle.. 

I think every guy interested in making his dick longer and doing PE should wrap it up prior to working out or anything else that is physically super stressful.

I'd be interested to learn how you do that. Do you use a constricting cock ring too? Is the ACE bandage used for heat, constriction, both or neither?

Never wear underwear. I genetically have abnormally large quads and if I'm gonna be hiking I'll throw compression briefs on so my legs don't chaff. I split jeans fairly often. I dropped a bag of screws and went to akwardly pick it up while holding lumber and split my pants picture-perfect right down the middle. I'm standing there on a busy summer afternoon in the home depot checkout line with my dick and balls fully out. Like completely on display. It took me a sec to drop the lumber and when I did it made a loud bang and even more people looked over lol...At minimum 6 people saw my junk and then I just ghosted and left the lumber and screws right there in the line. I was laughing about it once I got headed down the road.

So what i do is stretch my dong out using one hand by squeezing the glans. then i wrap from directly under the head on down to about 1.5" from the base. I stay away from the base because when i dead lift or squatt or just bend over in general the dick has to retract into the body a little bit.

I make the first wrap under the glan fairly tight and the rest are increasingly looser until it gets to a medium tightness. Then once i'm all wrapped up i do a couple of kegals and squeeze it a bit to get some blood in the glan and i have a very nice elongated member hanging there. The point of it is simply not to retract or turtle while i'm lifting.. 

I've played around alot with this and this is the best way to do it. At first i tried to wrap it super tight and all the way down to the base, trying to use it as a extension device at the gym (do two things at one time is what what i was thinking) but it doesnt work. its just for a non retraction/turtling device.

and Do not wrap from the bottom to the top(head/glan) it doesnt work. trust me. 

If people are interested i'll make a post about it and take some pics of how to do it.

I never wore anything under my jeans and usually wore a cock ring to make it hang as long as possible. I always wear something now - no one wants to see a guy in his 50's with their dick swinging in their pants. I made that observation from seeing lots of older guys doing that when I was younger and it was the opposite of attractive.
