Anyone gays, some info about this Dr? Anything?

To accomplish with the Administrator advice, this is what's told in his site:

Centro di Medicina Sessuale
Blumar Medica
viale Vittorio Veneto, 14
2014 Milano (Italy)
tel. +39.338.99.43.056
Site: http://www.laserpenoplasty.com/

Andrologist, Sexologist and General Surgeon (Specializations).
Degree in Medicine and Surgery (University of Pisa).
Claims "Advisor of the European Association of Genital Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery and Rejuvenation".

Says that participated in more than 1000 andrological surgery.

From what is told in his site, he still practices V/Y lig cut (which most of you wouldn't recommend according to some posts in several topics) but claims some inverted anti-retraction sutures (do you know if everyone do the same way?). Surgery with laser.

For girth he uses PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), claiming "optimum stabilization of the surgical result, with a fat absorption percentage which is ever closer to zero with a clear reduction of any asymmetries and nodularity."

With that plus The Coleman Technique he say he found an effective procedure he calls "combined lipopenostructure". And say that "This method is to be considered permanent and without the need for future touch-ups", "With this combined method the results are very often extremely satisfactory and in almost all cases, it will not be necessary to perform ulterior fat implantation in the future".

So guys, please some help! I googled as much as I could and that's one of my issues: no testimonies found.

Hey brother, sorry for the lack of response. I have to say I believe the thing is people don't know of him? Type in the doctor's name here on the phalloboard's search button to check to see if anyone has gone to him.

Never heard of the Coleman Technique.  Do you know what that is anyone?

1) Lipopenosculpture with the (anti-reabsorption) Coleman technique

This procedure is performed in a sterile environment, and consists of two phases: first the harvest of adipose tissue using lipoaspiration, second the purification process of the fat through centrifugation.

Following local anesthetic using the tumescent technique (or other anesthetic depending on other procedures associated), a given quantity of fat (previously agreed upon by the surgeon and the patient) is taken from the sides or the abdominal region. The procedure is performed with the help of small cannulas which are introduced through minute incisions. The harvested fat then undergoes a washing and centrifugation process to separate the globules from the oily film and hematic and infiltration material therein contained (Coleman technique). The whole procedure has duration of about 30-40 minutes and at the end there will be no visible scar. The above described procedure presently represents the best technique and is decidedly the most used worldwide because of its harmlessness, the aesthetic results and the durability of the results. A modicum quantity of the fat, variable from person to person (from 20 to 30%), could be reabsorbed in the following months. To annul such a possibility, we implant a slightly higher quantity of fat than is necessary.

Hey Original.
Just read this. I know no more than you. I have read his website as have you. Nobody gave me any feedback.
I pm'd a couple of members who wrote they were Italian. One never got back to me, the other informs me to be careful as he had of unhappy patients. He did not respond after that when I asked for details.
I think Italians are our best bet at getting info.
One thing I did was check his facebook page. He had nearly 1000 'friends' if I recall correctly. I'm not sure if this is a positive sign of satisfied customers. However, would you advertise your satisfaction in this way? Lets did a little deeper...

It's just FFT. If you want that, then don't go all the way to Italy for it.

Lol @hoddle10 I love how you usually answer his questions. @Krugerman brother why do you seem to want to travel to unknown locations for PE? Our brothers clearly post who they all go to, and are getting awesome results. Just waiting on more info on Chem PE.

Thanks, but still don't understand the difference between FFT and PRP, doy you remember of any member with that combination?

It takes me 13 hours to reach Italy and more than 20 to reach Tijuana and of course Italy offers a much better trip to me than Tijuana or California.
And also I have to say I do not like the PMMA results on almos any member I have checked.

I respect your decision brother. Disagree, but respect it none the less. I've look at results all over and in my opinion PMMA has had some of the best results I've seen. Unless of course you get greedy and do too much. Again...in my opinion. To each their own, best wishes brother!

I don't know any members that haven't. Virtually all FFT Dr's use the "Coleman" method and have for many years. Yet virtually every Dr advertises it as something new or something that distinguishes their procedure from other Dr's. Yet you'd be hard pressed to find a Dr who doesn't treat the fat. And those that don't are the realists who understand it doesn't make any real difference. Also I think Coleman himself even stated that no more than 4 ml of fat should be transferred at a time, so the Dr's who claim to be using his method for PE aren't actually doing so. Also, if Colemans method really was any good, then there would be no need for cosmetic fillers. Yet the cosmetic filler industry is vast, as fat transfers are still very inconsistent.

If you don't like the PMMA look, you'll hate FFT. PMMA is the same technique, but with a more stable filler. Fat is softer and harder to predict how it will settle.

@hoddle10

Excellent, that´s pretty convincent, even thoug I thought PRP should give some stability or symmetry to FFT transfer, but from you said I should think it´s not like that. Yet did not see specifically in the Forum pics from someone who got FFT plus PRP at the same time in the same procedure, but read some with FFT and then PRP later and I don't know if the result should be the same.

Anyhow, from what I've read so far, seems that PMMA is the preferred one and still pics don't look convincent half of the times.

Obviously, FFT and PRP, nothing new under the sun.
