Dr. Camacho-Melo's website:

The size, shape, and width of a man's penis has a significant effect on his self-confidence. With modern technology, it is now possible to lengthen, widen, or straighten a man's penis with small incisions hidden in the pubic hair region. With penis enlargement procedures, it is possible to increase your girth by up to 30 percent and also see a dramatic increase in penis length. There is no reduction of functionality or of sensation. Dr. Camacho-Melo and his understanding staff realize that the subject of penis size and shape is often very difficult for a patient to discuss, and they pride themselves on their discretion and compassion when dealing with such sensitive subject matter. If you are interested in learning more about penis enlargement, contact Dr. Camacho-Melo and his caring staff today.

I believe Dan Salas is working with Dr. Camacho.

From my personal experience I can attest that:

1.  Camacho doesnt even bother to deal with potential patients directly but through Dan Salas.  Try making any questions about anything, including medical questions that should be answerable only by medical practitioners, and they will have you talk to Dan Salas directly.  To the best of my knowledge, Salas is not a medical doctor.

2.  Indeed Camacho's prices change depending on how smart you are in getting through directly, without Dan Salas' involvement.  If you do, and possibly if you write in Sanish, Camacho's office will quote you the PE surgery for 3K.  But if Salas is involved, he will add 1K, supposedly to pay for his advice and PE gear.  But of course Salas wont tell you that.  I asked Camacho's office (after nine emails to Salas) and Dan Salas at the same time, and while Camacho's office told me 3k (without Dan Salas gear nor advice), Dan Salas told me it was 4K, even though I had told him i didnt need his gear nor his advice.

Questionable ethics from both of them.  But to be fair (my Moon in Libra talking), that doesnt make him a bad choice, considering that this surgery is pretty simple, for which they are charging two or three times as much elsewhere.

Started PE mid 2003: 5.5 EL x 4.5 EG.

Non-picture proven, currently (December 2011) at 7.5 BPEL x 5 EG;
Flaccid Bone-Pressed Stretched Length 8.0 inch. Dont ask me about my 'routine' please because dont have much to add to what is already known. Just be persistent.

I'm not sure it is when done through the scrotal approach. There has to be a good reason why so few surgeons world wide use this technique, as it's been well known for many years. Some of our members have spoken to other surgeons about the scrotal incision and they have been against it. I can't believe it's because other surgeron don't know how do it, as it isn't that sort of operation. My guess is that the scrotal approach gives a restricted view of the area the ligs are in and thus most surgeons are worried about cutting the something they shouldn't.

That is how most procedures start, so I wouldnt reject this scrotal option based on that fact alone.  I havent heard of anyone who went to see this Doc and who is complaining of his results, YET.

Lastime, did you have scar tissue in your pubic bone area? Also, if so, did the doc go through the scrotum to remove any & all scar tissue?

Just came across Dr. Camacho's new site.  I don't think the registration is open, but it may just be my PC.  I read on the site that Dr. Camacho added PMMA to his available procedures.

The site is http://tinyurl.com/p5z3zvt  His video loads upon open.

@Goldmemeber: why do you say that's Dr. Camacho's site? There is a huge statement on it:
MySizeDoctor is not affiliated with any phalloplasty surgeon. This penis enlargement forum is for all men to discuss all valid methods of penis enlargement and phalloplasty.

is that a lie perhaps (the site, not you?)

Did you watch the video?   Looks like their getting the site going so that's probably a typo, or they mean its a site to discuss all phalloplasty,  but you'd have to contact them to be sure cause i really have no idea.
