History - I've been using various forms of manual PE since 2013 (on and off). Hanging, jelqing, pumping, and using an extender but I never experienced any significant gains. 

This year however, I've used the auto extender pretty regularly and found a way to modify it to make it far more comfortable. 

For the majority of the year I've worn it on average 2+ hours a day every day. I missed the last month due to an injury. 
My BPEL increased slightly from 5 1/2 to 5 3/4 and almost to 6"..

I'm now extending over my EL which will only maximize gains. But it's also taken YEARS (6+) to get here. 

I'm purchasing an ADS vacuum head attachment so that I can stretch with a bungee attachment. I think this is the key "ingredient" for lengthening when combined with the use of an extender or hanging as it keeps your penis stretched and in an elongated state. 

I also understand 2 hours a day isn't going to cut it but unfortunately it's difficult for me to conceal and/or commit more time to an extender than that (an ADS should be much easier to hide and manage).

I'm also looking at surgical options which is how I found this forum. 

I'm currently using an auto extender and will likely purchase the VAC attachment and use as an ADS. 

How many of you guys hang and stretch or extend and stretch?

Hi DM2019 - I've had one round of PMMA (last May) and have begun using the PhalloSan Forte several weeks ago.    I'm able to wear it under my clothes throughout the day (even tighter pants) as long as I have a polo untucked, it is not noticeable at all.   I'm getting 8-10 hours/day of use with no problems.    Too early to post length results, but I can tell you that it has already made a difference in my flaccid girth (and I seem to be in a more semi-erect state when not wearing the device).    
Starting Measurements:  FL 3.7", FG 4.1" : EL 5.6", EG 5.2"

Any results with your PhalloSan Forte? Male Edge has been working well with me.

and to op @DM2019 have ya checked out male edge? it conceals nicely with the leg too

I've purchased a vac extender ADS attachment which will allow me to stretch with a bungee when I'm not extending. TY for your reply.

Congratulations on the gains! 

I'm one year in PE and even after trying January about every technique and putting in what I thought was pretty decent hours, I don’t believe I’ve made any gains either.

I’d like to clarify though, what is the “key ingredient” you think? The vacuum cup with your extender instead of a nose style attachment? Or do you mean just all day stretching in general combined with extending when you’re able to? 

Like you, I haven’t had time to go really beyond two hours a day with PE so for the last maybe 7 months I’ve been using a homemade ADS known as the “captain’s wench” and alternating with just light golf weights hanging. I’ve been using both of these techniques for 40 hours a week while at work and actually the last 5 months have been 60 hour weeks and some 50 hour ones. Yet still nothing except a shitty injury a month ago where I lost some tissue from what I assume what oxygen deprivation... it was scary and it just barely starting to close up, I can tell there’s some scar tissue now as well hip fucking hooray... 

I hope you get an ADS to work for you so I’ll stay tuned. I just bought an extender as well but I’ve actually read that 2-3 hours is pretty optimal for an extender as much more than that per day will likely yield declining results. As in they say supposedly the most “bang for your buck” is the first 2 or 3 hours but beyond that in one day apparently won’t make much difference. Just something to think about as well. I would like to try extending at work but I’m scared to do so because I have a more physical job now. I hate feeling like time isn’t being utilized to I want to go back to an ADS but now I’m pretty scared to leave anything on my unit unattended as that’s what cause me a very scary injury.. 

oh, I will also add that a gentleman over on the subreddit r/ajelqforyou known as sodium100mg or something, made impressive gains by extending to the maximum he could handle every day for 2 hours. I wonder if that could be the key, extending to your max amount rather than just weak extending or stretching for many hours. Now that I’ve got literally probably around 1000 hours of ADS and maybe around 1-2 pounds of golf weight hanging and still somehow made NO gains.... I have to wonder if the key is actually intensity more so than time put in. At least maybe that’s the case with passive PE (stretching and extending). Things like hanging and pumping, again I could only get like a max of 2 hours a day in... so maybe for those methods it’s different but based on my experience with ADS it’s not really worth it.. ):

Question though, when you say girth increase, is that just from extending you think? And are you certain it’s not from the PMMA? You’ve actually managed to increase girth ON TOP of the PMMA gains by extending? 


Also, how is the PMMA so far??? I’ve been extremely interested in pursuing that route after I get some length. I’ve read a good number of success stories but also some frightening horror stories too... I hope yours is holding up well. How is it aesthetically? Any lumps or nodules? How does it feel for you? Less firm while erect? Have you been able to use it with a partner yet? If it was a regular partner, did they notice or give feedback on the new girth? 


I'm hoping to one day be around 6.5-7 at the base. At the very least 6” girth. 

I’m really hoping we start seeing more of the PMMA veterans returning after say 10+ years and reporting that everything is still good.
