I flew up to Atlanta on Tuesday to do my first round of 10 ml of Ellanse.  My appointment time was 3:30.  I arrived around 3:15.  I was told Dr. Carney had just arrived.  I sat in the waiting room until 4:30 when I was moved into a procedure room.  A few nurses came in over the next few hours.  Dr. Carney came in briefly.  They didn't have me undress and prep me until 6:30 and I think he began around 7.

Everything went smoothly.  I also had him use botox on my scrotom since it is routinely very tight and a bit awkward looking after the webbing removal.  The nerve block was quick and just a few pinches.  I was surprised it worked as quickly as it did since he was ready to start injecting the Ellanse within a few minutes.

Before, my minimum FG was 4.125"

After, 4.625" (edited: just realized this was actually 5.625" and slightly engorged but definitely not erect)

Before EG 5" (70% EQ)

After EG 5.625" (70% EQ)

Obviously, I'm still quite bruised.  Sitting here hooked up to the modified phallosan hooked to a resistance band attached to the bed.  I allowed the silicone compression sealing sleeve to go onto my circ scar since it is a bit more swollen than I would have liked and I do not want any kind of "donut" effect if I can help it.

I have tons more photos.  I'm happy to post others and give more details as requested.

Very good post. I wish you well on your recovery. There is growing interest in Ellanse as a top filler option available today. Your continued updates on this progress report will be very helpful to members who are considering Ellanse.
CURRENT: 6.2" EL x 6.2" EG
GOAL: 7" EL x 6" EG

is each round a separate cost? And do they advise 2 rounds?

$6,000 per 10 ml Ellanse. I did not actually ask but others have said that they won’t inject more than 10 ml at a time.

Obviously, I’m still swollen, but I’m hoping for a solid 1/2 inch EG gain from each 10 ml session. Depending on how many inches he treats (ie how long your flaccid stretched length is) will probably determine how much girth gain you get. I’m at least 6 inches stretched NBP and he didn’t treat my circ scar area.

My base is swollen and detracting a bit from my NBP measurements as of now. I’m hoping that resolves and is not indicative of migrated Ellanse.

I plan to go back for at least one more 10 ml treatment in 12 weeks which I would guess will bring me solidly to 6” EG though I’m ultimately wanting to be bigger provided my wife can still take it (I think she can).

Thanks a lot for the post Researching. Does Dr. Carney recommend a length of time per day to keep in the stretched position? I assume if no stretching is done the filler will mold to create a smaller FL then if it is stretched
EL 6 7/8 EG 4 3/4
Goal Easy 7 by 5 1/4 and FG increase

Bear,
They expressly recommend it,  you need to ask while you there.   at least this has been the case so far.   Could be liability reasons ,  im not sure.

But my answer to your question is this:   Wear it whenever the F you are massaging/ rolling it.     and i would do this as frequently as your schedule allows in my personal opinion.
my proof in this theory is that  I was told my results were GREAT by the Dr when I was getting my second procedure done.    I then told him all that I did and how.

Oddly enough, their discharge instructions actually say don't use any kind of stretcher for 72 hours, presumably to avoid compression of the Ellanse.

Things are looking good.  5.75 FG before bed, definitely not erect, but maybe slightly engorged

Did you say you had scrotal webbing removal too? I'd be interested in that as I have what Dr Harold Reed in Miami calls the "curtain effect" on the sides near the shaft ...

I know.  haha.   Like you and I have been talking about, everyone needs to do what they are comfortable with.  I did what I did , the way I did it, and told the Dr when I went back and got good responses from him on my outcome.  I also told him what I intended to do when I left after the second round.
I will agree with their CYA instructions though as they assume that most stretchers compress and disrupt the shaft and they dont want the backlash and bullshit.

On this topic,  just for readers,  My first round was scary to me and I thought my dick looked all fucked up and bruised.  I was massaging and rolling  and doing everything they said to and I didn't like it.   So by day three I jumped into the stretcher.  wished I would have done it sooner.  SO, next round, I did just that.

I had that done 6 months ago: https://phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/before-and-after-photos-of-penoscrotal-webbing-repairremoval-by-dr-carney-at-morganstern-urology-10093535?pid=1308159297

I've noticed more soreness in the actual shaft overnight and today.  It seems more swelling has gone down especially since last night with that 5.75 FG.  The minor pain makes it difficult to stimulate an erection but with 70% EQ I've been at 5.5 EG a few times throughout today, which is hopefully the lowest I'll go.  I'm not sure how much of the carrier is dissipated yet, according to this graph, it doesn't seem like much should be gone just yet not even 72 hours post procedure.

I was fairly panicked yesterday afternoon as my pubic area was really swollen and I was concerned about whether I might have made some Ellanse migrate to that area when I used some very stretchy silicone sleeves to compress the shaft to keep it elongated the first afternoon (so just under 24 hours post) for a few hours.  I'm slightly less worried now, since while using the modified Phallosan, I am able to pull up another folded silicone sleeve really far up the shaft onto the swollen area and compress it.  This seems to temporarily dissipate all swelling, so I'm hoping that it is just swelling/inflammation that is traveling to that pubic area at the base and hanging out there and not because some Ellanse migrated.  I sent Carney a message through Morganstern's office yesterday afternoon and no reply from Carney yet.  Here are the photos I sent.  The wrapped one is from just before midnight when I got home after the procedure at 7 pm that day, no pubic swelling.  Also a photo of how I'm sitting now showing the silicone band compressing the base.

why are you compressing the base ?

Hey,
Dont worry to much about your fat pad swelling or even your nut sack if it does.    both of mine did, and my dick was more bruised than yours I think.   I freaked out at first.     BUT IT WILL go away.   Dont worry.
I took shit loads of vitamins.   probably 3k mgs of vitamins C a day.   as well as a lot of natural herbs for swelling and bruising.   and used there cream and pills generously .

also,   your stretched pic above looks good.    it seems very symmetrical.
