Thanks Androfill, that was very insightful.
As far as I know and have learnt on this forum, the filler should be always injected between Dartos and Buck fasciae.
That’s very disappointing to hear that many doctors are injecting above Dartos. No wonder the results are squishy blob-like penises when injected so superficially.

I think my second HA injection ( voiuma) has probably been to superficial and this is why i found it very squishy and unesthetic or unpractical .. now i understand a bit better

Having a 4-year product would result in many less follow-up procedures. Translated, lost business. 100% of the documented Ellanse patients on this forum are satisfied customers (penile applications). I've yet to read about one documented Ellanse patient that is dissatisfied.

This is Dr Oates thread so I will post a response elsewhere.  Dr Oates can probably address the topic if it hasn't already been addressed.

Hi Dr oates,

I'm new here and have been reading from the first post to the latest one. It's very insightful to all the questions you have answered.

The information I've gathered from reading the whole thread is HA vs ellanse. The pros and cons of each procedure. The workmanship. And real life testimonies with media coverage as well and I applaud you for your work.

I know the whole procedure is more of a girth thing but does the procedure comes with secondary benefits to length. Especially to erect length? Thanks in advance!

So from what I've read, as of now Ellanse is a safe option.

Hi Dr Oates

From Northern WA here.
I'm booking in to see you hopefully in March.
In regards to the new Ha filler that Hugel Pharma released, I did some research and it appears they have changed the name to Volus 10 and brought it out under another company name (Across).
Are there any more updates on these new fillers at all?

Cheers

Brojas86 - No no heard any more on Volus 10. Prior 10 ml body HA, Macrolane, eventually got pulled as it caused too many problems.
What ever you do, make sure it is safe.

Hi Members,

With sadness I regret to inform you that I won't be continuing as a financial sponsor of phalloboards. I understand ScepticalOnes's need to charge to run the board, especially as it grows. But it is not commercially viable for me to continue as most members are not in Australia and it does not lead to new patients. As more doctors start performing the procedure the US/UK/Europe fewer will travel all the distance here.

Hopefully my nearly 500 contributions to the forum will still be available( My first post was made over 3 years ago.), I have probably done well over 100 PM's too. Maybe Sceptialone will get me to do some guest posts in the future? We have ongoing research in progress, we are doing lots of Ellanse now and looking at some new filers as well. It is a developing area and I am sure it will continue to improve results and satisfaction over time.

Thanks all.

Jayson

You've been a very good resource here, Dr. Oates. I can definitely see your dilemma, although it could probably be helped with the right social marketing plan in your area. Your expertise was quite valuable for people like me who are specifically interested in Ellanse, but when Morganstern made it available here, I went with his clinic. As I mentioned in the past, I simply couldn't take a 22-hour flight to Australia. That said, this forum remains the #1 place online for phalloplasty information, hands down. If a concerted effort is made to attract Australian men to the forum, your guidance would be of great benefit to them, and ultimately to your clinic. In short, there's a way for your clinic to leverage this forum successfully, it just has to be done properly. Good luck with you, and thank you for the excellent guidance on Ellanse.

This is hands down the best resource. I don't think it's possible to do even cursory research on the topic and not find this forum. So I'm really surprised there are only 2 of Dr. Oats patients who are on here, knowing there are a lot more who had the procedure with him. Maybe there are a lot of guys who just lurk? I find that more likely than believing they just go out and have procedures on their penises without doing in depth research!
