Check out PMMA (permanent), Ellanse (semi-permanent), Hyaluronic Acid (temporary for 1-2 years); those are the best options on the table with their pros and cons, you should read as much as you can about them and choose which one is most suitable for your needs.

Ellanse is not hyaluronic acid. It is comprised of semi-permanent micro-spheres of polycaprolactone and will give you a firm implant that is not reversible, but slowly absorbable. If you get irregularities, they will disappear after quite some time. Do not choose it thinking removal, because even when it is possible, it will be an aggressive degloving surgical procedure.
On the other hand, HA is not one of the microsphere-based fillers. Instead, it's a gel that retains water and will give you a soft (spongy) implant. The good news is that HA is reversible with simple injections of hyaluronidase, an enzyme that dissolves it.
I see your worry about imperfections, and if they happen it seems to be that you won't be patient enough to stand such a thing for long.
For your specific case, I recommend HA. Once you experiment with it, you may (?) switch to a longer-lasting choice.
None of the soft tissue fillers will increase the erect length; some (especially the microsphere-based) can help with the relaxed length.
Good luck.

Here we go... the decision is not easy and should not be taken lightly. You need to be open to "negotiation" so to speak.
Unfortunately, there is no tissue filler that offers all the advantages and none of the disadvantages.
HA is the only one that is reversible but results could be soft (spongy).
Ellanse or any other microsphere-based filers will give you a firmer implant, but they are not reversible.
The only way to gain erect length is through surgery but it has its flaws, and it's another intricate theme for discussion.
Greetings.
