Avg Joe
I just recieved the newest implant on 9-27-19. So far so good. The surgery and post op went as expected and I'm now entering my 4th week. Up to this point the worst part was the first two weeks and the pain that came with an erection. It wasnt the worst pain I've ever felt but it was by no means a great feeling and would make you hate an erection. Week 3 I started to notice that an erection no longer hurt. There was slight discomfort behind the left side of the head of my penis from a stitch. Most of my discomfort and pain at this point comes from the incision line after my pants have rubbed it all day. Hopefully I will get to take it for a spin in another week or two. Until then it's just a waiting game. I will say this much....I have noticed that with an erection i have lost atleast 1/2 inch in length or more. They tell me this will not last and i will see that return and possibly more over the next several months.
I have attached before and after photos from week 0 through week 3. I welcome any questions or thoughts. Thanks20191022_135030.jpg 20191022_135342.jpg 20191022_135659.jpg 20191021_131107.jpg

Thanks for the before & afters, you usually don't get them that detailed. Pardon any sort of skepticism or negativity you may encounter, Dr. Elist isn't hugely popular around here. Even so, that doesn't mean you can't have the opportunity to share your story.

Furthermore, I sincerely hope the best of scenarios is your eventual end result. Good luck & happy healing.

Thanks Ave Joe!

Love the dollar sign. Absolutely best of luck. Follow all post op instructions to the letter ie dont put the dollars to work until you have been told it is OK.

By the way, do you have to do any stretching hanging post implant?
What ever you do, make sure it is safe.

What's with the dollar sign?

Anyway, you got butchered. Congrats. Penis implants do not work.

Be mindful when speaking to newly operated individuals. The stress and necessary post-OP protocols can make the first few weeks mentally taxing.

Congratulating him for either having made a mistake, or for having performed an unpopular procedure, doesn't advance any meaningful discussion.

What's done is done. There was no opportunity to talk him out of it. Try asking him why he went this route or if he's considered removal (after having found this forum) instead. Maybe enlighten him as to why your username is your username. Just be more thoughtful next time you post please.

But I'm right! Dr. Elist is a butcher. All those implants have to be taken out. He mutilates poor men and still hasn't payed for it! WHY? Why is it still happening? How come patients are taking it like good little boys and don't WEREWOLF and go WILD?

I am one year post implant and am still very happy with my implant. It has softened or become more like it used to but I went into procedure knowing it will never be as soft as it was preimplant and it would have mild deformity when soft. I still have some decreased sensation on top shaft but each month it gets a little better. I did lose 3/4 inch post implant and at one year am back to original length. I didn’t go into this looking for length but went in for girth and it definitely met that goal. FOLLOW the post implant guidelines!! Hope you continue to heal well bro.
