I think this board is awesome. I have been on a jounrey to enhance my P for about a year now. I ended up at manual PE forums, wont name any names but they were ludacris. It seemed like people only trying to sell stuff, and claiming amazing gains.
I guess they prey on desperate people.
I am decently versed in the medical field. Just got my MD and will be starting a residency in a month. One thing I know for a fact without a doubt lol is smooth muscles DO NOT multiply or hypertrophy like skeletal muscle. Sure you stretch around you may gain a little bit from better erections and sure tehy hypertrophy a little bit but people claing 3+ inch 6+ inch. Come on LOL.I think the only two legit ways to gain is obviously the ligament stretching or lysis and increasing your penis capacity as is done in chemical PE. However chemical PE is extremely dangerous.
A lot fo you probably know that an erection lasting for 4 hours is called priapism in medical world and its a medical emergency. If not taken care of it can permanently damage your erection capabilities. So I dont think ANYONE should even try this. I repeat DO NOT ever try chemical PE where you are told to mantain 4 hour erections for 5 days a week.
Anyways I am just ranting. My main reason to post this was this forum is awesome. Claims are usually backed up with pictures, and the moderators and senior members are amazing. Knowledgable and helpful. No ludacris Claims no suggesting crazy techniques. I love the cautiousness that exist on this forum.
My one suggestion would be how about having an off topic forum where we can shoot the S**t about off topic stuff. Everything from weather to sports to life troubles besides our obsession with PE. I see a lot of pros and some "cons".
But something to think about.

Thanks, we definitely have a unique PE forum here. A no-B.S. forum.
As for an off-topic forum, it has been suggested before, but there is no harm in suggesting it again
As time has gone on, I have reconsidered the idea, and may opt to open an off-topic forum with limitations. Maybe limit it to sports, travel, babes/celebrities, video games, and mostly guy-related topics. I would however, prohibit topics like religion and politics. While I think they are interesting topics, I suspect they would be a bitch to moderate. Simple as that. The idea in general will be considered again.
And as for jelqing, I'm not sure about it's association with Peyronies, but I do know that it helped me achieve some improved EQ when I tried it years ago. The idea is not to use obscene pressure when performing the "jelq grip," and you also don't want to be fully erect, but instead like 60% erect. I did manual stretching & jelqs for a few months and managed to obtain 0.5" in erect length that I never cemented and gave up on prematurely (when I was much younger and far less patient, unfortunately). It seems like everyone's penis responds differently to manual PE, for whatever bizarre reason. Just be careful if you decide to attempt it at home.
