Sure. It's my 1 year FBG anniversary now.  All the PMMA in my penis has turned into hard lumps and nodules.  Rock hard.  I'm not sure what to do anymore. I have no sex life at all.  I have 2 weird scars from nodule removals when it seemed like I only had a handful of "problem spots"  - but nope...now it's the whole PMMA implant. It's just like a lumpy uneven shell on top of my normal erection.

Part 1:  The first year - recovering 1/2" girth lost to Peyronie's Disease (Round 1 & 2 Metacrill PMMA)
Part 2:  Things starting to go bad (I had nodules removed and excisions wouldn't heal)  (After Round 3)
Part 3: Resolving Round 3 problems caused entirely by USA doctors.
Part 4: All PMMA (from all 3 rounds) hardened 6-12 months after round 3.

I'm really sorry to hear about your issues brother. Isn't there anything you can do? I know it's invasive, and I'm sure you've already thought about this, but can't you get the pmma removed?

I'm having similar issues restoration.  Sorry to hear nothing has gotten better.  One thing I do that seems to improve it, especially if I use my penis before 12 hours after, is pumping.  I pump at 3-5hm for 30 minutes straight everyday.  My penis is uniform and actually feels real because the fluid fills in all the areas.  I would kill if my penis could stay the same shape for ever like it is after pumping.  Not even the size increase but just the shape.  Maybe give it a try for a few months before you consider removal.  That way if you know you're going to laid, you can pump before hand.

Yeah, pumping and also taking certain supplements (arginine, citruline) will give the penis more "fluid" so the nodules are less pronounced.

It's very hard for me to pump because of the skin removal. My penis will sort of twist inside the cylinder, and the 2 scars where the removals are will hurt a lot with the negative pressure.  I can't get it to fully extend anymore since one side has less skin than the other.

Thanks Smokdu - I don't know...I was thinking maybe silikon 1000 in the dented areas might help, but I don't know who does that in the usa.

I could get it removed through a deglove incision, but I'd lose all of the girth I have, and there's still the abnormality from the scars on the right (where the pmma was taken out).  I am not sure I can afford the surgery if it is not covered by insurance, which isn't known.  There are also some other small scars on the side from minor nodule removals that look ugly too, and I have a lot of color irregularities...not sure why.  The underside is like 5 different colors. It's pretty weird.  Needless to say, I haven't been in the mood to have sex with anyone in a long time.
