I'm doing PMMA at Avanti in July, and I'm very excited.  I'm currently about 7x5.25, and I'd like to get my girth up close to 6.5, while still doing PE to work on length.  I realize that this means more than one round of PMMA.  Round 2 probably won't happen until next year.

Reading everyone's stories, it sounds like Dr. C asks whether you're more concerned about growing as much as possible on the first round, or preserving aesthetics.  Of course, I do very much care about my aesthetics in the several months between sessions.  However, like most guys, I want to grow as much as possible.  Those of you who prioritized aesthetics the first time, how much girth did you gain?  Those of you who prioritized size, how did it look after a few weeks?
Before PE, August 2017:
E: 6 1/4 x 5 1/8
F:  4 1/2 x 4 1/4

Current
E: 6 7/8 x 5 1/4
F: 4 1/2 x 4 1/2

Wow, with dimensions like that you sound like the perfect patient for pmma. Since you are so long and you plan on doing more than one round maybe you should go for girth and then you can touch up later. Just a layman’s opinion from a guy that would kill for your starting stats. Good luck🍆

Thanks very much. The trouble with that approach is that I don't want to have a weird, irregular shape for the months in between sessions. Or maybe that's not problem at all. That's the question.

I'll be curious to follow your progress man. We have similar measurements (lol) and I'm hoping to get up 7" girth with Dr. C. My shaft girth is 6" and glans is around 6.3", never done PE or anything surgical but after reading through this forum the PMMA stuff seems intriguing, at least compared to the nightmare that others have gone through with Elist.
NBPEL: 7"
MSEG: 6"
Glans EG: 6.3"

Considering PMMA. Grateful to have found this forum before I did an Elist Implant.

Personal experience- us doctor 11.2 cc total of bellafill, 8 mos later had major surgery to get removed. Don’t fuck with your penis, especially going out of country. That’s insane

Hey Toughpill,
I’m just checking back into the forum after a long time absent. Not sure how relevant I am anymore but Dr C took care of me about 7 years ago. The first two procedures were 20ccs of I believe 20% and the last one is fuzzy but in my thread somewhere on here. I went for max gain and took extra care during the recovery and was and still am very happy with my results.  I’ve been with a lot of women since then and I’ve never had a raised eyebrow and always get something that equates to I’m huge  when they see it or bring it up later. Women know that dicks come in all sizes and shapes so yours is no different to that mind set. If there have been problems with a new material then be conservative but if people are getting good results I’d definitely go big right up front and let Dr C touch up on your last visit. He was great then so I can imagine how much better he is now. Good luck to you.
