Hi all, I really appreciate everything I've read on this site. I've always been obsessed with having a bigger dick. While I'm a little above average in the length department, I'm definitely average in the girth department.

After a lot of consideration, I've decided to pursue the SWAG procedure at Shafer Plastic Surgery in NYC. From what I can tell:
  1. The HA fillers are very safe in the hands of a skilled injector. They can be reversed with an enzyme.
  2. The penis doesn't lose sensitivity, but it does feel like there is some "padding" beneath the skin. The difference and feeling of being bigger outweighs any change in sensation.
  3. The silicone implants, and other procedures that are more "permanent," are problematic in one way or another for most people. Even the safer procedures still require general anesthesia and 3-6 weeks of healing (no sex). The risk to harming the one penis I have is too great (scarring, shortening, etc.)
  4. This procedure is expensive - between $5,000 - $12,000 (because of the material) and only lasts up to 2 years, although "top offs" can be given to maintain the girth and this is less expensive than getting to the desire girth.
  5. I've not seen anything about HA fillers that look particularly dangerous.
There don't seem to be a lot of posts about Dr. Shafer, but I'd love to hear more about any else's experience. Assuming I go through with it, I'll be sure to post before and after pics.

We'd love hear what your results are after you get this done.   Then also tracking the longevity as well would be great to document, if you can stay around here a while.
So what was your price?   And how many ML's did you get for the price ?

Texas, the material pricing is on Dr Shafer’s website. It’s about $775 per ml (one syringe). I’ve read it takes about 12-15 ml to get a girthy outcome, so I expect this to set me back $10-$12k. I’m assuming that the HA cost does not include doctor’s fees. We will see.

20 ml would be 15K. Last October the pricing for 20 ml at Morganstern was 7100, not sure if it's gone up, but it seems to be worth the cost of the flight, even if you did it on 2 visits.

I agree with @thjink. Those prices are crazy, especially given how unpredictable HA is in terms of longevity. Take the day off work and fly to Atlanta.

Since @hoddle10  and @think already brought it up.  I will too.  haha   I just didnt want to always say the same thing.

Let me ask or say it in a different way to see what your thinking is .    Why are you wanting HA over something else?   I see your " #1 " entry, safety.    OK, Its the most safe,  because it wears off the quickest.      Ellanse is not PMMA .   its in the middle.     Have you  at least considered it ?
I dont understand #2
#3 is irrelevant to filler injections

so #4,,   a good one.   Is money of no concern for you. and  be honest,  no one will blast you.  Reason - if money is no big deal then by all means, test the waters, spend the money and then come see us all about where we are and what our results are from Ellanse and Pmma in a year.
#5 . all injections, surgeries, implants, procedures, etc will have risks.  So lets just say all fillers have a risk of something going wrong:  So we want the best doctor/s possible for this.

Now, back to #4:   If money IS actually of a concern and its nots coming out of your ass.  haha.  Then you are to spend money on the worst investment available  In my own personal opinion.

go with what you want bro.   really.    These guys, all of us,  are just trying to look out for you before you potentially waste money .

12-15K is INSANE!!! Have you seen before and after pics? I’ve done research on HA and it doesn’t last long. Imagine having to drop 12K every 6-12 months to keep you penis size up. Ellanse provides longevity so that if something even better in Penis enlargement world comes around you won’t be stuck with PMMA. IMO you may wanna consider Ellanse instead.

Fillers often last even less then a year. Its crazy in my opinion but would love to hear results.

Read my posts. Shafer isn’t horrible. In fact I think he actually pretty decent but you have to do your own post op work. If I could do it all over I would go for Ellanse, but I can only say that after already trying HA.  If you have the cash and are concerned go for the HA as it is the least likely to mess up your member.  And once you are you used to it you will want something else like me.  Lol  I hear Shafer is doing Bellafill, not sure I would try that initially.

I don't think he's very good.  He should have offered to fix the unevenness.  He also gave me no post-care instructions.

Some fillers in the lips last 6/12. What we do in the penis lasts 2 yrs+.
What ever you do, make sure it is safe.

From what I understand , HA adds soft girth .  Kind of girth at any price .

I wanted hard girth with impermanence .  Impermanence implied no pmma. Hard girth implied no HA ( maybe small volumes ok ).

You need to define your goals first . In very specific terms . Then move on to filler and doctor ( only a few I would use ).  I would never use a doctor that hadn’t done at least 500 procedures . Practice makes perfect .
