Hey guys, I started my progress report on here a long time and it was accidentally deleted some time back. Its all good though, because if you know anything about ADS, results take FOREVER lol, if you can even keep up a routine, and, if you can, congrats! You are one penis obsessed, masochistic, psycho mother fucker!
And, so here I am. 🙂
I found some of the original pics, and I'll post those first. I really want a good, well documented progress report, albeit, not the most scientifically accurate, but at least something that can show some positive correlation between wearing the thing, and some length gains, in a non Peyronie's disease case.
And the better news!
I'm saving the best part of this for last, expect a surprise update in the next week as I am trying something that will either speed the whole process up, or do nothing at all!!
Now, starting stat as show by picture was about 5.5in NBEL, 6in BPEL, but these pics were after a new months of use, so I'll use those to start

And now, with time on my hands, my routine has turned into normally 3 hours of hanging, I like to start with 5lbs, do that for 1 hour, then 2 hours of 10lbs. I will normally do a break ever hour to check for any fluid, and usually that is a pretty good time to break, piss, check everything. Then after 3 hours, I'll put the ADS on for 2 more hours, not using much tension, just enough to keep it stretched out. I am considering wearing it more, the most uncomfortable part is the plastic base pushing into my scrotum.

Most recent stats: 7-7.25in Stretched NBPL and NBPEL, 7.75-8in Stretched BPL. I will do my best to get a BPEL pic, but it extremely difficult to keep an erection, push a ruler into my pelvis, and get a picture for you guys, but in the name science I guess lol

nice work man.  I too hang for multiple hours a day.   Different devices, same plan though.   I havent made it back to 10+  in a while.  8.5 is about it on some sessions.  I just go be feel though .

I need help please. My EL is 5" and I'd like to gain 2" inch EL. I've never used and streching devices before. 
What do you suggest? And do know how long it will take to gain at least 1" erect length?

The most important advice that I can give you is to prepare for long and hard work every day. Start with ADS, then add hanger. You have to be religiously devoted to getting the hours every day. And even if you do everything right, results might not be as you wished. 1 inch is possible and it would take you 1 to 3 years. The second inch if possible at all will come much harder and probably take twice the time.
By EL you mean NBPEL? If that is so, measure BPEL and see if you can lose fat and get more of the penis visible.

I agree with @lordoftorture, a big part of apparent size is fat pad, for me anyway. I was obese as a child, and the fat tends to stay. So, that's hard part number one for anyone with that problem. The rest is safely using an ADS for extended amounts of time. My biggest tip is not using the noose or strap, in favor of vacuum force. I absolutely hated the thing for years, hell, hated myself for not seeming to have a dick thick enough for the damn thing to hold onto. Second is just listen to your body. I've pushed myself a little too far before, gotten a few blister for being bullish, then had to take more time off just for them to heal. if you can prevent an injury, it will save you a lot of waiting and resting time later. Its easier to rest, go for a lighter weight, or take a day off, than to have to take a week or more off because of an injury.

Thanks man! I agree with working on feel. Some days 10 seems easy, some days 7.5 or even just sticking to 5lbs I felt was my best option. I could actually feel...muscles? tendons? I'm not completely sure, but after a full 3 hours of 10lbs, the next day when I went to...oh, stand up, move at all lol, it felt as though I had done a grueling lower ab workout....which is kind of true to some extent. It didn't hurt terribly bad, was just sore, so I only did 5lbs the next day. It was a good sore though, the kind that lets you know you did something the day before 🙂

and was wondering how many days to stretch or is it everyday? And for how long?

since been hearing different people saying do 20min a day to doing few hours a day.

how long would the breaks be and how many sets interval ?

I agree with Texas on the time. It is a judgment call on what you CAN do, not so much should you do. Stretching any part of your body, that I am aware of, takes large amounts of time and consistent pressure. Human's have stretched and manipulated parts of our body's for thousands of years, whether it be ears, lips, noses, or other cartilaginous tissue, or even bone, which require breaking, stretching, healing and so on, those braces are worn...all the time? Not going to look that up, but I can't see having braces screwed into your bones be taken off very often lol

Anywho, if you can wear an ADS for 24 hours except piss breaks, go for it! if you have more of a life, you'll probably have to do less. The only thing's you have to watch out for is: Do you still have good circulation? Yes, no probs (why I love vacheads) No? Gotta take off every 20 minutes for circulation to avoid necrosis. If using a vacuum: Do you know if you have any fluid? Don't probably know, best to check every hour, until you know your body. I will usually piss, wait a few minutes, lightly squeeze to get any more out, make sure the tip is dry, then just put a piece of fluid tape on. I can have no problems for at least 6 hours.
Does it hurt, and where? If you're feeling some soreness from your tendons or connective tissue, that's normal, but it shouldn't hurt.If it does, take a break. If not, no prob! If you're getting pain around your glans, if could be that whatever you are using is just mis-seated, and it needs to be adjusted. If that doesn't help, take a break, and not a little on either. You don't really want too much stress on your glans. It has a relatively small surface area compared to the rest of the penis, and it's structure seem to be a little less willing to accept manipulation, e.g. you don't want too much downward force being applied to a small area, such as the corona?, it needs to be distributed more evenly across the shaft.

If you made it this far in my TLDR, as far as hanging goes, many people have said you don't want to make a strong dick, with tendons of steel, while you pull your truck out of the mud with your SuperDick...I mean, maybe someday, but not the goal as of now. Because the bodies natural ability to compensate to stresses over time, such as bone calcifying and thickening in response to repeated stress or injury, this seems to make sense. My tissue seems to be a bit...sturdy for some reason, despite it's appearance, and 10lbs doesn't usually cause much discomfort, BUT, I'm also not looking to increase my weight, unless I absolutely have to, because the higher weight, lower time in minutes, seems to correlate to tissue building thickness. Lower weight, high time in minutes seems to better correlate to tissue distortion, stretching and repairing at the same time, causing a more constant stress that the body keeps trying to repair, or at least compensate for the new stress.

So...yeah, if you could hang 10lbs, 24 hours a day...fuck, I have no idea what that would do...sounds like it would be exactly what we would want as long as you kept constant blood flow, could piss, it didn't get in the way of putting on pants and doing the shit you had to, all while maintaining a consistent force, across all the tissues including the tendons, without also cutting off flood to the tissue around the scrotum and skin around the base of your shaft (as much ADS seem to do if you crank the tension up).

Just my thoughts so far. I'll be an expert when I hit 9 inches 😎

I think when we stretch with too much tension it will make your penis retract more after you remove your device then it was before you started. I have also noticed after that I hang if I use the ADS with just with enough tension to keep it at the same length that I got from the hanger, It will not retract as much. Using a silicone sleeve after ADS can also help maintain your flaccid length for a longer period.
