1 cm is definitely achievable with manual exercices

There's no "safe method" to make penis longer, simply does not exist any type of surgery that can make penis longer without full reconstruction of the penis. Only stretching routine may or may not give just a bit of extra length, like 1 cm or so.

Im currently using a penis extender. I have gone from 5.6 to 6.25 in 2 months. I'm honestly surprised that these are not more popular.

I have been thinking in using it. There are a lot of sites saying that thats the only affective non invasive way to increase penis size ( at least, in my opinion it seems more logical than "exercises" like jelqing or things like that) do you have any photos?

I don't have a before. I should have taken one. I took one today, which is at 2 months. I will take another one in a month or so. Make sure if you get one to get sports wrap bc the tubes that hold your dick can pinch the skin when you tighten it. I got the quick extender pro. So far so good. I'm hoping to get to 7+.

The lengthening options that are out there aren't dangerous per se, but I'm not sure I'd say their "very safe" either. There is some risk when going down the path for penis length.

Lengthening surgery can theoretically provide added length, but it's often more noticeable in flaccid gains. Erect gains from surgery are more elusive, but technically possible. What you have to remember is that you'll be required to follow a stretching regimen with a device for weeks or months after the procedure to manifest any length afforded by the surgery. For this reason, some people just do the stretching regimen exclusively. There is also potential for scarring at the incision area (can usually be well hidden with some body hair). In my opinion, lengthening surgery is best for those notably shorter than average who are more inclined to take on the risks & inconsistencies this kind of procedure offers.

Then there are manual penis enlargement (PE) exercises, like some mentioned (hanging, stretching, jelqing, edging/ballooning, pumping, clamping, etc). This may be a bit controversial, but I contend manual PE exercises to be only slightly "more safe" than actual surgery. Surgery has with it all the presumed complications (scarring, infection, etc) so you'd think PE exercises are way safer, but not necessarily. Why you might ask? One word: injury. It's like the gym. If you have poor form or take on too much weight, you can hurt yourself. The same is true for the penis. I've seen/read many cases over the years, including one where a guy developed a venous leakage after months of aggressive PE exercising, and a time where another guy heard a "click" while stretching and no longer could get hard. I'm not trying to scare anyone, as I have and sometimes still perform these techniques. The most successful stories came from men who exhibited obsessive commitment that the average man can't always emulate, leading to potential injury. It's vital you do a lot of reading and take a slow approach should you get into this method of enlargement. Thundersplace is an excellent resource for beginners and beginner tips.

I'm not sure what I'd declare the safest, but if I had my own preference, it'd be wet jelqs & ballooning (only thing that ever worked for me). Also remember that reducing your fat pad and improving your erection quality can aid in the appearance of a longer penis. Good luck!

Thank you for the answer, I'm a little bit afraid of penis exercises, mainly because I don't  think I could do this without damaging my penis. From what you've heard, what do you think is the safest surgery? Or even the most trustworthy doctor? Money wouldnt be a problem, I think I can find a way to do get some if needed.
